Job Details

  • At least (2 to 3 years) experience of project implementation with knowledge of project cycle management.
  • Knowledge on disaster risk reduction and climate change resilience.
  • Proven programme & project cycle management skills – partnership management, report writing skills and monitoring skills.
  • Master’s degree in social sciences from a recognised University.
  • Demonstrable experience producing reports for donors both narrative and financial (financial while coordinating with the finance officer).
  • Highly organized and administrative skills required.
  • Fluent in Sindhi, Urdu and English.
  • Interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Proven knowledge of computerized systems; high degree of computer literacy and word processing and spreadsheet skills useful.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise well and commitment to meet deadlines.
  • Sympathy with the aims, objectives, principles and values of Oxfam.
  • Commitment to Oxfam gender policies and code of conduct.
