Position Overview
The Home Department of Punjab is seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual for the position of Additional Director. This role is crucial in supporting the department’s mission to ensure public safety, maintain law and order, and implement policies that enhance community welfare. The Additional Director will play a key role in strategic planning, project management, and coordination with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Policy Development: Assist in the formulation and implementation of policies related to public safety, law enforcement, and community services.
- Project Management: Oversee various projects within the Home Department, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications
- Education: A Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Criminology or Sociology from a recognized institution is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in law enforcement, public administration, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be between the ages of 30 to 45 years at the time of application.
- A proven track record of leadership roles in public service or law enforcement will be an advantage.

اہلیت
- تعلیم: کسی تسلیم شدہ ادارے سے کرمنالوجی یا سوشیالوجی میں ماسٹرز ڈگری (16 سال تعلیم) درکار ہے۔
- تجربہ: قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں، عوامی انتظامیہ یا متعلقہ شعبے میں کم از کم 5 سال کا تجربہ۔
- مہارتیں:
- مضبوط تجزیاتی اور مسئلہ حل کرنے کی صلاحیتیں۔
- عمدہ مواصلاتی اور بین الشخصی مہارتیں۔
- ڈیٹا تجزیے کے سافٹ ویئر اور مائیکروسافٹ آفس سوٹ میں مہارت۔
