Detailed Job Descriptions and Requirements:

1. College Section (English)

• Responsibilities:
  • Teach English Language and Literature to students in Secondary and Higher Secondary classes.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Qualifications and Experience:
  • Master’s degree in English with a minimum 2nd Division.
  • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the Secondary and Higher Secondary level.
  • Age not more than 45 years.
  • Additional allowance for PhD/MPhil degree holders.
• Pay Package: 32,000 to 40,000 PKR per month.

2. High School (Mathematics, English, Computer)

• Responsibilities:
  • Teach Mathematics, English, or Computer Science to students in Secondary and Higher Secondary classes.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Qualifications and Experience:
  • Master’s degree in the relevant subject with a minimum 2nd Division.
  • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the Secondary and Higher Secondary level.
  • Age not more than 45 years.
  • Additional allowance for PhD/MPhil degree holders.
• Pay Package: 30,000 to 40,000 PKR per month.

3. Middle School (English, Social Studies, Mathematics, Science, Computer)

• Responsibilities:
  • Teach English, Social Studies, Mathematics, Science, or Computer Science to students in Middle School.

  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Qualifications and Experience:
  • Graduate/Master’s degree in the relevant subject with a minimum 2nd Division.
  • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the Middle School level.
  • Age not more than 40 years.
• Pay Package: 30,000 to 32,000 PKR per month.

4. Pre-School (Helper Teacher)

• Responsibilities:
  • Assist the lead teacher in conducting activities and lessons for Pre-School students.
  • Supervise and engage with students to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Create a stimulating and nurturing learning environment.
• Qualifications and Experience:
  • Graduate with a Montessori Diploma.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience working with Pre-School children.
  • Age not more than 40 years.
• Pay Package: 27,000 to 28,000 PKR per month.
