6. نامکمل/دیر سے موصول ہونے والی درخواستیں: نامکمل درخواستیں، یا مقررہ تاریخ کے بعد موصول ہونے والی درخواستیں، اور زیادہ عمر کے امیدواروں کی درخواستوں پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔ یہ درستگی اور وقت کی پابندی کی اہمیت پر زور دیتا ہے۔
7. مقررہ قابلیت/تجربہ میں کوئی رعایت نہیں: مقررہ قابلیت، تجربہ، اور عمر کی حد میں کوئی رعایت نہیں دی جائے گی، سوائے عمر کی حد میں مخصوص صورتوں میں رعایت کے، جیسا کہ ذیل میں ذکر کیا گیا ہے۔

10. عمل کو منسوخ کرنے کا حق: یونیورسٹی کو بھرتی کے عمل کو کسی بھی مرحلے پر بغیر کسی وجہ کے منسوخ کرنے کا حق محفوظ ہے۔ یہ بھرتی اتھارٹی کو لچک فراہم کرنے والی ایک معیاری شق ہے۔
11. ٹیسٹ/انٹرویو کا شیڈول: انتخاب کے لیے انٹرویو/ٹیسٹ کا شیڈول صرف اہل امیدواروں کو درخواستوں کی جانچ پڑتال کے بعد کال لیٹر/یونیورسٹی کی ویب سائٹ/یونیورسٹی کے نوٹس بورڈز کے ذریعے مطلع کیا جائے گا۔ امیدواروں کو باقاعدگی سے یونیورسٹی کی ویب سائٹ اور نوٹس بورڈز کو چیک کرنا چاہیے۔

   • اگر آپ سرکاری/خود مختار ملازم ہیں، تو یقینی بنائیں کہ آپ کے پاس اپنے موجودہ محکمہ سے NOC ہے۔
3. درخواست فیس جمع کریں: بینک آف خیبر (BKUC برانچ) کے اکاؤنٹ نمبر 0088-20062599998 میں 1000/- روپے جمع کریں۔ اصل ادائیگی کی رسید اپنی درخواست فارم کے ساتھ منسلک کریں۔
4. درخواست جمع کرائیں: بھرا ہوا درخواست فارم، ادائیگی کی رسید، اور تمام تصدیق شدہ دستاویزات ایک لفافے میں رکھیں اور اسے درج ذیل پتے پر بھیجیں/جمع کرائیں:دفتر رجسٹرارباچا خان یونیورسٹی چارسدہ(مکمل پتہ ڈاؤن لوڈ کیے گئے فارم یا یونیورسٹی کی ویب سائٹ پر دستیاب ہوگا)
5. آخری تاریخ: یقینی بنائیں کہ آپ کی درخواست رجسٹرار کے دفتر میں 09 جولائی 2025 تک، دفتری اوقات کے اختتام سے پہلے، پہنچ جائے۔
