- Create ETEA Profile and Verify CEC Number: All candidates must first create a profile on the ETEA website. After profile creation, and before depositing the application fee for any post, candidates must print an E-Sahulat token from the ETEA website and get their Computerized Enrollment Code (CEC) number verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Applications will not be processed without CEC verification.
- Generate and Deposit Application Fee: After CEC verification, generate the prescribed online deposit slip from the ETEA website. Take a printout of the deposit slip and deposit the non-refundable test fee through Easypaisa App/Agent, Jazz Cash App/Agent, or at any branch of UBL Bank via UBL OMNI agent. Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank’s stamp safely as proof of payment.

- واٹسن انفراسٹرکچر اجزاء کے لیے تفصیلی انجینئرنگ ڈیزائن، ڈرائنگز اور تفصیلات تیار کرنا، متعلقہ انجینئرنگ معیارات اور بہترین طریقوں پر عمل پیرا ہونا۔

- واٹسن مداخلتوں کے مؤثر رابطہ کاری اور انضمام کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے دیگر پراجیکٹ ٹیم ممبران، سرکاری ایجنسیوں اور کمیونٹی اسٹیک ہولڈرز کے ساتھ تعاون کرنا۔
- واٹسن سے متعلقہ مسائل پر پراجیکٹ کنٹریکٹرز اور فیلڈ اسٹاف کو تکنیکی رہنمائی اور مدد فراہم کرنا۔

قابلیت اور اہلیت کا معیار:

2. فیلڈ انجینئر (سول) (سولیڈ ویسٹ مینجمنٹ – SWM) (بی پی ایس-17) – آسامیوں کی تعداد: 01
کردار کا جائزہ: سولیڈ ویسٹ مینجمنٹ (SWM) میں مہارت رکھنے والے فیلڈ انجینئر کی حیثیت سے، آپ آر آر ایم آئی سی پراجیکٹ کے تحت شہری علاقوں میں جدید اور پائیدار ٹھوس فضلے کے انتظام کے حل کو نافذ کرنے میں سب سے آگے ہوں گے۔ آپ کی تکنیکی مہارت ایسے پراجیکٹس کو تیار کرنے اور ان کی نگرانی کرنے میں بہت ضروری ہوگی جو فضلے کی جمع آوری، پروسیسنگ اور تلف کرنے کے طریقوں کو بہتر بناتے ہیں، جس سے شہروں کو صاف ستھرا اور صحت مند بنانے میں مدد ملتی ہے۔
اہم ذمہ داریاں:
- پراجیکٹ شہروں میں موجودہ ٹھوس فضلے کے انتظام کے نظاموں کا جائزہ لینا، بہتری کے لیے خامیوں اور مواقع کی نشاندہی کرنا۔
- فضلے میں کمی اور ری سائیکلنگ کے لیے حکمت عملیوں سمیت، بہتر ٹھوس فضلہ جمع کرنے، نقل و حمل اور تلف کرنے کے منصوبے تیار اور ان پر عمل درآمد کرنا۔
- ماحولیاتی ضوابط کی تعمیل کو یقینی بناتے ہوئے، ٹھوس فضلے کے انتظام کے انفراسٹرکچر کی ڈیزائننگ اور تعمیر کی نگرانی کرنا، جیسے کہ ٹرانسفر سٹیشنز، میٹریل ریکوری فسیلٹیز، اور سینیٹری لینڈ فلز۔
- ٹھوس فضلے کے انتظام میں بہترین طریقوں کو فروغ دینا اور ان پر عمل درآمد کرنا، بشمول فضلہ کو الگ کرنا، کمپوسٹنگ اور ری سائیکلنگ کے اقدامات۔

- تجربہ: ٹھوس فضلے کے انتظام کے شعبے میں متعلقہ پیشہ ورانہ تجربہ کے کم از کم تین (03) سال، بشمول ایس ڈبلیو ایم پراجیکٹس کی منصوبہ بندی، ڈیزائننگ اور عمل درآمد کا تجربہ، ترجیحاً شہری سیاق و سباق میں۔

3. اسسٹنٹ اربن پلانر (بی پی ایس-17) – آسامیوں کی تعداد: 01
کردار کا جائزہ: ایک اسسٹنٹ اربن پلانر کی حیثیت سے، آپ آر آر ایم آئی سی پراجیکٹ کے اسٹریٹجک شہری منصوبہ بندی کے اجزاء میں اپنا حصہ ڈالیں گے، یہ یقینی بناتے ہوئے کہ شہری ترقی کے اقدامات مربوط، پائیدار ہوں اور خیبر پختونخوا کے شہروں کی مجموعی لچک میں اپنا حصہ ڈالیں۔ شہری اور علاقائی منصوبہ بندی میں آپ کی مہارتیں پراجیکٹ مداخلتوں کے مقامی اور فعال پہلوؤں کو شکل دینے میں بہت ضروری ہوں گی۔
اہم ذمہ داریاں:
- پراجیکٹ کی منصوبہ بندی اور ڈیزائن کو مطلع کرنے کے لیے شہری تجزیہ اور تحقیق کرنا، بشمول ڈیٹا جمع کرنا، مقامی تجزیہ اور ڈیموگرافک اسٹڈیز۔
- لچک، وسائل کے انتظام اور پائیدار شہری ترقی کے عناصر کو شامل کرتے ہوئے مربوط شہری ترقیاتی منصوبے تیار کرنے میں مدد کرنا۔
- زوننگ ریگولیشنز، زمینی استعمال کے منصوبوں اور بلڈنگ کوڈز کی تیاری میں اپنا حصہ ڈالنا جو پائیدار شہری ترقی کے طریقوں کو فروغ دیتے ہیں۔

4. سوشل آرگنائزر (بی پی ایس-17) – آسامیوں کی تعداد: 01
کردار کا جائزہ: ایک سوشل آرگنائزر کی حیثیت سے، آپ آر آر ایم آئی سی پراجیکٹ اور ان کمیونٹیز کے درمیان ایک اہم کڑی ہوں گے جن کی خدمت کا مقصد ہے۔ آپ کا کردار کمیونٹی موبلائزیشن، سماجی شمولیت، اور یہ یقینی بنانے پر مرکوز ہوگا کہ پراجیکٹ مداخلتیں سماجی طور پر ذمہ دار اور شہری آبادی کے تمام طبقات کے لیے فائدہ مند ہوں۔

- کمیونٹی کی شرکت اور پراجیکٹ کی سرگرمیوں میں ملکیت کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے کمیونٹی موبلائزیشن حکمت عملی تیار اور ان پر عمل درآمد کرنا۔
- آر آر ایم آئی سی پراجیکٹ اجزاء سے متعلق کمیونٹی میٹنگز، ورکشاپس اور آگاہی مہمات کا اہتمام اور سہولت کاری کرنا۔
- کمیونٹیز، مقامی رہنماؤں اور سول سوسائٹی تنظیموں کے ساتھ موثر مواصلاتی چینلز قائم اور برقرار رکھنا۔
- پراجیکٹ کے نفاذ میں سماجی شمولیت اور صنفی حساسیت کو یقینی بنانا، کمزور اور پسماندہ گروہوں کی ضروریات کو پورا کرنا۔

5. پی اے ٹو پی ڈی (پرسنل اسسٹنٹ ٹو پراجیکٹ ڈائریکٹر) (بی پی ایس-16) – آسامیوں کی تعداد: 01
کردار کا جائزہ: پراجیکٹ ڈائریکٹر (PD) کے پرسنل اسسٹنٹ کی حیثیت سے، آپ پراجیکٹ ڈائریکٹر کو اعلیٰ سطحی انتظامی اور سیکریٹریل سپورٹ فراہم کریں گے، آر آر ایم آئی سی پراجیکٹ آفس کے ہموار اور موثر کام کاج کو یقینی بنائیں گے۔ آپ کی تنظیمی مہارتیں اور فعال انداز پراجیکٹ لیڈرشپ کو سپورٹ کرنے میں بہت ضروری ہوں گے۔
