Job Description:
- Band Master:
- Responsible for leading and managing the college band.
- Train students in playing musical instruments and conducting performances during events.
- Organize and coordinate rehearsals, parades, and official ceremonies.
- PTI Drill Instructor:
- Conduct physical training sessions for cadets to improve their fitness and discipline.
- Teach drill movements and ensure precision in marching and formations.
- Plan and execute physical fitness tests and competitions.
- Martial Arts Trainer:
- Train cadets in martial arts disciplines such as karate, taekwondo, or judo.
- Focus on self-defense techniques, discipline, and mental strength.
- Prepare students for martial arts competitions and grading exams.
- Tennis Ground Marker:
- Maintain the tennis court by marking lines, ensuring proper surface conditions, and setting up nets.
- Assist in organizing tennis matches, tournaments, and practice sessions.
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the tennis facility.
- Groom for Horses:
- Take care of horses used for equestrian activities at the college.
- Feed, groom, and exercise the horses daily.
- Ensure the health and well-being of the horses under your care.
Key Responsibilities (General):
- Adhere to the rules, regulations, and policies of Cadet College Jafarabad.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve institutional goals.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Band Master:
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate (FSc/ICS) or equivalent.
- Prior experience in leading a band or teaching music is required.
- Proficiency in playing multiple musical instruments.
- PTI Drill Instructor:
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or equivalent.
- Certification in drill training or military-style physical training is preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Martial Arts Trainer:
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or certification in martial arts (e.g., black belt).
- Proven experience in teaching martial arts to students or groups.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Tennis Ground Marker:
- No formal education required; however, prior experience in maintaining sports grounds is preferred.
- Knowledge of tennis rules and court maintenance.
- Physical fitness and willingness to perform manual labor.
- Groom for Horses:
- No formal education required; however, prior experience in horse care is preferred.
- Knowledge of horse grooming, feeding, and basic veterinary care.
- Compassion and patience for working with animals.
Selection Process:
The selection process will consist of the following stages:
- Walk-In Interview:
- Candidates are required to attend the interview in person on the specified date and time.

- Practical Test/Demonstration:
