Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Provide robust Desktop and LAN/WLAN administration support.
- Troubleshoot end-user technical issues efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Lead IT workshops or conduct technical training sessions.
- Configure and manage video conferencing systems.
Qualification & Experience Criteria
- Education: Graduate in Computer Science.
- Experience: Relevant work experience in IT support.
- Technical Preferences:
- Prior workshop or technical training experience is required.
- Hands-on experience and familiarity with Linux are highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience and familiarity with Video Conferencing configuration are a strong plus.
