Position: Honorary Registrar (CPSP)
Responsibilities:
The Honorary Registrar will be responsible for overseeing and managing the academic affairs of CPSP. This includes:
- Academic Leadership: Providing strategic direction and leadership in all academic matters.
- Implementation of Policies: Executing decisions and directions as outlined in the CPSP Rules & By-Laws.
- Curriculum Development: Contributing to the development and review of postgraduate medical curricula.
- Examination Management: Overseeing the conduct of examinations and assessments.
- Faculty Development: Facilitating the professional development of faculty members.
- Research Promotion: Encouraging and supporting research activities within the college.
- Liaison: Acting as a liaison between the college and other academic and professional bodies.
- Administrative Oversight: Managing the administrative functions related to academic affairs.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring the maintenance of high standards in all academic activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Postgraduate Medical Degree: Must hold a postgraduate medical degree from a reputable institution.
- Fellowship of CPSP: Minimum of 10 years as a Fellow of the College in good standing.
- Academic Experience: Demonstrated academic background, including experience as a Professor or Associate Professor in a medical institution.
- Leadership Skills: Dynamic personality with strong leadership and management skills.
- Knowledge of CPSP Rules: Familiarity with the rules and by-laws of CPSP.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- فیکلٹی کی ترقی: فیکلٹی ممبران کی پیشہ ورانہ ترقی میں سہولت فراہم کرنا۔
- تحقیق کا فروغ: کالج میں تحقیقی سرگرمیوں کی حوصلہ افزائی اور حمایت کرنا۔
