Terms and Conditions of Employment:

1. Provisional Appearance in ETEA Screening Test: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) screening test based on the credentials provided in their online applications. However, the Appointing Authority will conduct a detailed scrutiny of all applications. If any candidate is found ineligible at any stage of the recruitment process, they will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority. 2. ETEA Profile Creation and NADRA E-Sahulat Verification: All candidates are required to create a profile on the ETEA website (www.etea.edu.pk). After profile creation, and before applying for any post or depositing the application fee, candidates must print an E-Sahulat token from the ETEA website and get their Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) number verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without this CNIC verification through NADRA E-Sahulat, candidates will not be able to apply for any position advertised. This is a mandatory step to ensure the authenticity of applicant identity.
3. Interview Call Letters for Shortlisted Candidates Only: Interview call letters will only be issued to candidates who are shortlisted based on their performance in the ETEA screening test and after initial scrutiny of their documents. Quota Allocations: As per Government policy, specific quotas are reserved: 10% of posts are reserved for Female candidates, 2% quota for disabled persons, and 0.5% quota for candidates from minority communities. 13. No TA/DA for Test/Interview: No Traveling Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be admissible for attending the ETEA screening test or subsequent interviews. Candidates will have to bear their own expenses for travel and accommodation.
14. Foreign Degree Equivalence: In case of foreign degrees (educational qualifications obtained from universities outside Pakistan), equivalent certificates from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan must be provided at the time of document submission (if shortlisted). 6. Print Deposit Slip: Take a printout of the generated online deposit slip. You will need this printout to deposit the application processing fee.
7. Deposit Application Fee: Deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee as indicated on the deposit slip through one of the following methods:

  • جونیئر کیڈر ٹیکنیشن (JCT) فارمیسی/ڈسپنسر ایک صحت کی دیکھ بھال کی سہولت یا ہیلتھ یونٹ کے اندر ادویات اور دواسازی کی سپلائی کو ڈسپنس کرنے کا ذمہ دار ہے۔ وہ درست اور محفوظ ڈسپنسنگ کو یقینی بناتے ہیں، ادویات کی فہرست کو برقرار رکھتے ہیں، اور مریضوں کو ادویات کے استعمال کے بارے میں بنیادی معلومات فراہم کرتے ہیں۔
  • کلیدی ذمہ داریاں:
    • مریضوں کو تجویز کردہ ادویات درست اور موثر طریقے سے ڈسپنس کرنا، درست خوراک اور لیبلنگ کو یقینی بنانا۔
    • دواسازی کی سپلائی کی مناسب اسٹوریج اور انوینٹری کو برقرار رکھنا، یہ یقینی بنانا کہ ادویات کو ضوابط کے مطابق ذخیرہ کیا جائے اور میعاد ختم ہونے کی تاریخوں کی نگرانی کی جائے۔
    • فارمیسی کے زیر نگرانی ضرورت کے مطابق ادویات تیار کرنا اور کمپاؤنڈ کرنا (اگر قابل اطلاق ہو اور عمل کی گنجائش میں ہو)۔
    • فارمیسی یا سینئر ہیلتھ کیئر فراہم کنندہ کی رہنمائی میں، مریضوں کو ادویات کے استعمال، خوراک اور ممکنہ مضر اثرات کے بارے میں بنیادی مشاورت فراہم کرنا۔
    • ڈسپنس کی گئی ادویات اور اسٹاک لیول کا درست ریکارڈ برقرار رکھنا۔
    • دواسازی کی سپلائی کی خریداری اور انتظام میں معاونت کرنا۔
    • فارمیسی یا ڈسپنسری کے علاقے کی صفائی اور ترتیب کو یقینی بنانا۔
    • فارمیسی سے متعلق تمام متعلقہ ضوابط اور اخلاقی رہنما خطوط پر عمل کرنا۔

3. جے پی ایچ ٹیک: (ایم پی)/میڈیکل ٹیکنیشن – بی پی ایس-12

• پے سکیل: بنیادی پے سکیل (BPS) – 12 (حکومت خیبر پختونخواہ پے سکیل)
• آسامیوں کی تعداد: متعدد (سنیپٹ میں مخصوص تعداد کا ذکر نہیں ہے – اگر مخصوص کی گئی ہے تو صحیح تعداد کے لیے سرکاری DHO کرم نوٹس بورڈ سے رجوع کریں)
• کم از کم قابلیت اور تجربہ: JCT فارمیسی/ڈسپنسر (BPS-12) کے برابر – سائنس میں کم از کم سیکنڈ ڈویژن سیکنڈری اسکول سرٹیفکیٹ، متعلقہ پیرا میڈیکل ٹیکنالوجی میں 2 سالہ ڈپلومہ یا F.Sc. میڈیکل ٹیکنالوجی، اور کے پی میڈیکل فیکلٹی کے ساتھ رجسٹریشن۔
• عمر کی حد: 18-32 سال
• ملازمت کی تفصیل اور ذمہ داریاں:
  • جونیئر پبلک ہیلتھ ٹیکنیشن (JPH ٹیک: MP)/میڈیکل ٹیکنیشن صحت کی دیکھ بھال کے اندر مہارت کے مخصوص علاقے کے لحاظ سے وسیع پیمانے پر کرداروں پر مشتمل ہے۔ ضلعی ہیلتھ آفس کی سیٹنگ میں، ایک میڈیکل ٹیکنیشن مختلف تشخیصی اور علاجی طریقہ کار، لیبارٹری کے کام، یا اسپیشلائزڈ ہیلتھ پروگراموں میں شامل ہو سکتا ہے۔
  • کلیدی ذمہ داریاں (وضاحتی – مخصوص فرائض کا انحصار درست پوسٹنگ اور مہارت پر ہوگا):
    • ڈاکٹروں اور دیگر صحت کی دیکھ بھال کے پیشہ ور افراد کو مریضوں کی نگہداشت، تشخیصی طریقہ کار اور علاج میں مدد کرنا۔
    • بنیادی لیبارٹری ٹیسٹ اور طریقہ کار انجام دینا، جیسے نمونے جمع کرنا، پروسیسنگ، اور تجزیہ کرنا (مہارت کے لحاظ سے)۔
    • مہارت کے اپنے شعبے سے متعلق طبی آلات کو چلانا اور برقرار رکھنا۔
    • مریضوں کے اہم علامات کی نگرانی کرنا اور طبی تاریخ ریکارڈ کرنا۔
    • ضرورت کے مطابق بنیادی علاج اور ابتدائی طبی امداد فراہم کرنا۔
    • جراثیم سے پاک ماحول کو برقرار رکھنا اور انفیکشن کنٹرول پروٹوکول پر عمل کرنا۔

    • صحت کے اعداد و شمار جمع کرنے اور رپورٹنگ میں اپنا حصہ ڈالنا۔
    • ہدایت کے مطابق صحت عامہ کی مہمات اور اقدامات میں شرکت کرنا۔

4. پی ایچ سی ٹیک: (ایم پی) ای پی آئی ٹیکنیشن – بی پی ایس-12

• آسامیوں کی تعداد: 06 (چھ)
• کم از کم قابلیت اور تجربہ: JCT فارمیسی/ڈسپنسر (BPS-12) کے برابر – سائنس میں کم از کم سیکنڈ ڈویژن سیکنڈری اسکول سرٹیفکیٹ، متعلقہ پیرا میڈیکل ٹیکنالوجی میں 2 سالہ ڈپلومہ یا F.Sc. میڈیکل ٹیکنالوجی، اور کے پی میڈیکل فیکلٹی کے ساتھ رجسٹریشن۔
• عمر کی حد: 18-32 سال
• ملازمت کی تفصیل اور ذمہ داریاں:
  • پرائمری ہیلتھ کیئر ٹیکنیشن (PHC ٹیک: MP) – ای پی آئی ٹیکنیشن توسیع شدہ پروگرام برائے حفاظتی ٹیکہ جات (EPI) کے اندر ایک اہم کردار ہے۔ ای پی آئی ٹیکنیشن ویکسین کی فراہمی میں سب سے آگے ہیں، جو کمیونٹی کے اندر ویکسین سے بچاؤ کے قابل بیماریوں سے بچاؤ میں اہم کردار ادا کرتے ہیں۔
  • کلیدی ذمہ داریاں:
    • مقررہ علاقوں میں حفاظتی ٹیکہ جات کے سیشنز کی منصوبہ بندی اور نفاذ کرنا، بشمول ویکسینیشن مراکز اور آؤٹ ریچ لوکیشنز۔
    • قومی حفاظتی ٹیکہ جات کے رہنما خطوط اور نظام الاوقات کے مطابق محفوظ اور مؤثر طریقے سے ویکسین لگانا۔
    • ویکسینز کے لیے کولڈ چین کو برقرار رکھنا، ویکسین کی تاثیر کو محفوظ رکھنے کے لیے مناسب اسٹوریج اور ہینڈلنگ کو یقینی بنانا۔
    • حفاظتی ٹیکہ جات کی اہمیت کے بارے میں کمیونٹیز کو آگاہ کرنا اور ویکسین کی ہچکچاہٹ کو دور کرنا۔
    • حفاظتی ٹیکہ جات کی کوریج کی شرحوں کی نگرانی کرنا اور ہدف شدہ مداخلتوں کے لیے کم کوریج والے علاقوں کی نشاندہی کرنا۔
    • حفاظتی ٹیکہ جات کے اعداد و شمار کو درست طریقے سے ریکارڈ کرنا اور ضرورت کے مطابق رپورٹس جمع کرانا۔
    • ویکسین اور حفاظتی ٹیکہ جات کی سپلائی کا انتظام کرنا۔
    • چوکی ویکسینیشن کے لیے فالو اپ کرنا اور ویکسینیشن شیڈول کی بروقت تکمیل کو یقینی بنانا۔

5. پی ایچ سی ٹیک: (ایم پی) ویکسینٹر – بی پی ایس-12

• آسامیوں کی تعداد: 01 (ایک)
• کم از کم قابلیت اور تجربہ: JCT فارمیسی/ڈسپنسر (BPS-12) کے برابر – سائنس میں کم از کم سیکنڈ ڈویژن سیکنڈری اسکول سرٹیفکیٹ، متعلقہ پیرا میڈیکل ٹیکنالوجی میں 2 سالہ ڈپلومہ یا F.Sc. میڈیکل ٹیکنالوجی، اور کے پی میڈیکل فیکلٹی کے ساتھ رجسٹریشن۔
• عمر کی حد: 18-32 سال
• ملازمت کی تفصیل اور ذمہ داریاں:
  • پرائمری ہیلتھ کیئر ٹیکنیشن (PHC ٹیک: MP) – ویکسینٹر بنیادی طور پر ویکسین کی براہ راست انتظامیہ پر توجہ مرکوز کرتا ہے، جو قابل تدارک بیماریوں سے افراد اور کمیونٹیز کے تحفظ میں براہ راست اپنا حصہ ڈالتا ہے۔ اگرچہ کردار ای پی آئی ٹیکنیشن سے قریبی تعلق رکھتا ہے، لیکن ویکسینٹر کی ذمہ داریاں ویکسین کی انتظامیہ پر ہی زیادہ براہ راست مرکوز ہو سکتی ہیں۔
  • کلیدی ذمہ داریاں:
    • مقررہ ویکسینیشن مراکز، صحت کی سہولیات، یا آؤٹ ریچ سائٹس پر محفوظ اور مؤثر طریقے سے ویکسین لگانا۔
    • انتظامیہ کے مقام پر ویکسین کی مناسب اسٹوریج اور ہینڈلنگ کو یقینی بنانا۔
    • ویکسین وصول کرنے والوں کو قبل اور بعد از ویکسینیشن مشاورت اور معلومات فراہم کرنا۔
    • کسی بھی مضر رد عمل کے لیے ویکسینیشن کے فوراً بعد مریضوں کی نگرانی کرنا۔
    • لگائی جانے والی ویکسینیشن کا درست ریکارڈ برقرار رکھنا۔
    • ویکسینیشن مہمات اور خصوصی حفاظتی ٹیکہ جات مہمات میں شرکت کرنا۔
    • ویکسینیشن سائٹ پر ویکسین اسٹاک مینجمنٹ میں مدد کرنا۔
    • ویکسینیشن کے طریقہ کار کے دوران انفیکشن سے بچاؤ اور کنٹرول پروٹوکول پر عمل کرنا۔
    • ویکسینیشن کے فوائد اور نظام الاوقات کے بارے میں کمیونٹی کی آگاہی میں اپنا حصہ ڈالنا۔

ملازمت کی شرائط و ضوابط:

1. ای ٹی ای اے اسکریننگ ٹیسٹ میں عارضی طور پر شرکت: امیدواروں کو ان کی آن لائن درخواستوں میں فراہم کردہ اسناد کی بنیاد پر ایجوکیشنل ٹیسٹنگ اینڈ ایویلیوشن ایجنسی (ETEA) اسکریننگ ٹیسٹ میں عارضی طور پر شرکت کی اجازت دی جائے گی۔ تاہم، تقرری کرنے والی اتھارٹی تمام درخواستوں کی تفصیلی جانچ کرے گی۔ اگر بھرتی کے عمل کے کسی بھی مرحلے پر کوئی امیدوار نااہل پایا جاتا ہے، تو اسے تقرری کرنے والی اتھارٹی نااہل قرار دے گی۔ یہ بہت ضروری ہے کہ درخواست دہندگان درخواست دینے سے پہلے اہلیت کے معیار پر پوری طرح اتریں۔
2. ETEA پروفائل تخلیق اور NADRA ای سہولت تصدیق: تمام امیدواروں کے لیے ETEA کی ویب سائٹ (www.etea.edu.pk) پر پروفائل بنانا ضروری ہے۔ پروفائل بنانے کے بعد، اور کسی بھی آسامی کے لیے درخواست دینے یا درخواست فیس جمع کرانے سے پہلے، امیدواروں کو ETEA کی ویب سائٹ سے ایک ای سہولت ٹوکن پرنٹ کرنا ہوگا اور کسی بھی NADRA ای سہولت فرنچائز (کیوسک) سے اپنے کمپیوٹرائزڈ نیشنل آئیڈینٹیٹی کارڈ (CNIC) نمبر کی تصدیق کروانی ہوگی۔ NADRA ای سہولت کے ذریعے CNIC کی اس تصدیق کے بغیر، امیدوار مشتہر کردہ کسی بھی عہدے کے لیے درخواست دینے کے اہل نہیں ہوں گے۔ درخواست گزار کی شناخت کی صداقت کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے یہ ایک لازمی قدم ہے۔
3. صرف شارٹ لسٹ کیے گئے امیدواروں کو انٹرویو کال لیٹرز: انٹرویو کال لیٹرز صرف ان امیدواروں کو جاری کیے جائیں گے جنہیں ETEA اسکریننگ ٹیسٹ میں ان کی کارکردگی کی بنیاد پر اور ان کے دستاویزات کی ابتدائی جانچ پڑتال کے بعد شارٹ لسٹ کیا گیا ہے۔ کم از کم اہلیت کے معیار پر پورا اترنا انٹرویو کال کی ضمانت نہیں ہے۔
4. ETEA اسکریننگ ٹیسٹ: امیدواروں کی اسکریننگ ایک ٹیسٹ پر مبنی ہوگی جو ایجوکیشنل ٹیسٹنگ اینڈ ایویلیوشن ایجنسی (ETEA) کی جانب سے ڈیزائن، تجویز اور منعقد کیا جائے گا۔ ٹیسٹ امیدواروں کی ان آسامیوں سے متعلقہ معلومات اور اہلیت کا جائزہ لے گا جن کے لیے وہ درخواست دے رہے ہیں۔
5. درخواست جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ سے پہلے اہلیت: امیدواروں کو درخواستیں وصول کرنے کی آخری تاریخ (10 مارچ 2025) سے پہلے یا اس تک ہر لحاظ سے اہل ہونا چاہیے۔ اہلیت کا تعین اس اشتہار اور سرکاری نوٹیفکیشن میں بتائی گئی قابلیت، تجربہ، عمر اور ڈومیسائل کی بنیاد پر کیا جائے گا۔
6. تاخیر سے اور نامکمل درخواستیں: مقررہ تاریخ (10 مارچ 2025) کے بعد موصول ہونے والی درخواستوں پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔ نامکمل درخواستیں، یا جعلی دستاویزات یا غلط معلومات کے ساتھ جمع کرائی گئی درخواستیں، بھرتی کے عمل کے کسی بھی مرحلے پر مسترد کر دی جائیں گی۔ درست اور مکمل معلومات فراہم کرنا درخواست گزار کی واحد ذمہ داری ہے۔
7. ڈی ایچ او کرم نوٹس بورڈ پر معلومات کی نمائش: اس بھرتی کے عمل سے متعلق تمام اہم معلومات، بشمول شارٹ لسٹنگ لسٹیں، انٹرویو شیڈول اور نتائج، ڈسٹرکٹ ہیلتھ آفس (DHO) کرم، پاراچنار کے نوٹس بورڈ پر آویزاں کی جائیں گی۔ امیدواروں کو مشورہ دیا جاتا ہے کہ وہ اپ ڈیٹس کے لیے DHO کرم نوٹس بورڈ کو باقاعدگی سے چیک کریں۔
8. عمر میں رعایت: اوپری عمر کی حد میں رعایت حکومت خیبر پختونخواہ کے موجودہ قوانین اور ضوابط کے مطابق قابل قبول ہوگی۔ عمر میں رعایت کا دعویٰ کرنے والے امیدواروں کو دستاویزات کی جانچ پڑتال کے وقت اپنے دعوے کی حمایت کے لیے درست دستاویزی ثبوت فراہم کرنا ہوگا (اگر شارٹ لسٹ کیا گیا ہو)۔
9. سرکاری/نیم سرکاری ملازمین: سرکاری یا نیم سرکاری اداروں میں کام کرنے والے امیدواروں کو لازمی طور پر مناسب چینل (یعنی اپنے متعلقہ محکموں کے ذریعے) درخواست دینی چاہیے۔ درخواستوں کی پیشگی کاپیاں قابل غور ہوسکتی ہیں، لیکن حتمی غور کے لیے مناسب چینل سے درخواستیں لازمی ہیں۔ ایک سے زیادہ آسامیوں کے لیے درخواست دینے کے خواہشمند امیدواروں کو ہر عہدے کے لیے الگ سے درخواستیں جمع کرانی ہوں گی، ساتھ ہی ای ٹی ای اے رہنما خطوط کے مطابق درخواست پروسیسنگ فیس بھی الگ سے ادا کرنی ہوگی۔
10. درخواستیں منسوخ/مسترد کرنے کا حق: مجاز اتھارٹی (ضلعی ہیلتھ آفیسر، کرم) کسی بھی وجہ کو بتائے بغیر یا متعلقہ سروس رولز یا اے پی ٹی (تقرری، ترقی اور منتقلی) رولز میں کوئی تبدیلی ہونے کی صورت میں کسی بھی درخواست کو منسوخ یا مسترد کرنے کا قطعی حق محفوظ رکھتی ہے۔ بھرتی کمیٹی پورے عمل کے دوران حکومت کے تمام قابل اطلاق قوانین اور ضوابط پر سختی سے عمل کرے گی۔
11. تصدیقی فیس اور غلط معلومات کے نتائج: منتخب امیدواروں کے ہر دستاویز کی تصدیقی فیس متعلقہ امیدوار ادا کرے گا۔ کسی بھی مرحلے پر (تقرری کے بعد کی تصدیق سمیت) کوئی بھی جعلی معلومات یا دستاویزات ملنے کی صورت میں، تقرری کا حکم خود بخود منسوخ کر دیا جائے گا، اور قانونی کارروائی شروع کی جا سکتی ہے۔
12. کوٹہ مختص کرنا: حکومتی پالیسی کے مطابق، مخصوص کوٹے مختص کیے گئے ہیں: 10% آسامیاں خواتین امیدواروں کے لیے، 2% کوٹہ معذور افراد کے لیے اور 0.5% کوٹہ اقلیتی برادریوں کے امیدواروں کے لیے مختص ہے۔ ان زمروں سے تعلق رکھنے والے اہل امیدواروں کی حوصلہ افزائی کی جاتی ہے کہ وہ درخواست دیں اور درخواست فارم میں اپنی کیٹیگری واضح طور پر درج کریں، ساتھ ہی درست معاون دستاویزات بھی فراہم کریں۔
13. ٹیسٹ/انٹرویو کے لیے کوئی ٹی اے/ڈی اے نہیں: ETEA اسکریننگ ٹیسٹ یا اس کے بعد ہونے والے انٹرویوز میں شرکت کے لیے کوئی سفری الاؤنس (TA) یا روزانہ الاؤنس (DA) قابل قبول نہیں ہوگا۔ امیدواروں کو سفر اور رہائش کے اخراجات خود برداشت کرنا ہوں گے۔
14. غیر ملکی ڈگری کی مساوی سرٹیفکیٹ: غیر ملکی ڈگریوں کی صورت میں (پاکستان سے باہر کی یونیورسٹیوں سے حاصل کردہ تعلیمی قابلیت)، پاکستان کے ہائر ایجوکیشن کمیشن (HEC) کی جانب سے جاری کردہ مساوی سرٹیفکیٹ دستاویزات جمع کرانے کے وقت (اگر شارٹ لسٹ کیا گیا ہو) لازمی طور پر فراہم کیے جائیں۔ غیر ملکی ڈگریوں کے لیے HEC مساوی سرٹیفکیٹ کے بغیر درخواستیں مسترد کی جا سکتی ہیں۔
15. غلطیوں/کوتاہیوں کی اصلاح: آسامیوں کی مشتہر کردہ تعداد، ملازمت کے عنوانات، یا کسی بھی دیگر تفصیلات میں غلطیاں اور کوتاہیاں، اگر کوئی ہیں، ضلعی ہیلتھ آفیسر، کرم کی جانب سے اصلاح کے تابع ہیں۔ DHO کرم اشتہار میں کسی بھی غیر ارادی غلطی یا کوتاہی کو درست کرنے کا حق محفوظ رکھتا ہے۔

درخواست دینے کا طریقہ: مرحلہ وار گائیڈ

دلچسپی رکھنے والے اور اہل امیدواروں سے تقاضا ہے کہ وہ ETEA ویب سائٹ کے ذریعے آن لائن درخواست دیں۔ دستی درخواستیں قبول نہیں کی جائیں گی۔ براہ کرم ان مراحل پر احتیاط سے عمل کریں:

1. ETEA ویب سائٹ وزٹ کریں: سب سے پہلے، ایجوکیشنل ٹیسٹنگ اینڈ ایویلیوشن ایجنسی (ETEA) کی سرکاری ویب سائٹ پر جائیں: www.etea.edu.pk۔
2. آسامیوں کے لیے آن لائن درخواست دیں: ETEA ویب سائٹ کے ‘آن لائن درخواست’ یا ‘جابز’ سیکشن پر جائیں اور “پیرا میڈیکل اسٹاف ریکروٹمنٹ – ڈسٹرکٹ ہیلتھ آفس، کرم، پاراچنار” کے اشتہار کو تلاش کریں۔ ‘آن لائن اپلائی کریں’ لنک پر کلک کریں۔
3. ETEA پروفائل بنائیں (لازمی): اگر آپ کے پاس پہلے سے ETEA پروفائل نہیں ہے، تو آپ کو ایک بنانا ہوگا۔ اپنا پروفائل بنانے کے لیے آن لائن رجسٹریشن کے عمل پر عمل کریں۔ مستقبل میں لاگ ان ہونے کے لیے اپنا صارف نام اور پاس ورڈ یاد رکھیں۔
4. NADRA ای سہولت CNIC تصدیق (لازمی): اپنا ETEA پروفائل بنانے کے بعد، اور مزید آگے بڑھنے سے پہلے، آپ کو NADRA ای سہولت کے ذریعے اپنے کمپیوٹرائزڈ نیشنل آئیڈینٹیٹی کارڈ (CNIC) کی تصدیق کروانی ہوگی۔
   • اپنے پروفائل میں لاگ ان ہونے کے بعد ETEA ویب سائٹ سے ای سہولت ٹوکن پرنٹ کریں۔
   • پورے پاکستان میں کسی بھی NADRA ای سہولت فرنچائز (کیوسک) پر جائیں۔
   • اپنا CNIC نمبر اور ای سہولت ٹوکن ای سہولت ایجنٹ کو تصدیق کے لیے فراہم کریں۔
   • ای سہولت ایجنٹ کی جانب سے دی گئی ہدایات کے مطابق CNIC تصدیق کا عمل مکمل کریں۔ یہ تصدیق آپ کی درخواست کے ساتھ آگے بڑھنے کے لیے ضروری ہے۔
5. آن لائن ڈپازٹ سلپ تیار کریں: CNIC تصدیق کے بعد، ETEA ویب سائٹ پر آن لائن درخواست کے عمل کے ساتھ آگے بڑھیں۔ ایک بار جب آپ آن لائن درخواست فارم درست اور مکمل طور پر پُر کر لیتے ہیں، تو سسٹم ایک مقررہ آن لائن ڈپازٹ سلپ تیار کرے گا۔ اس ڈپازٹ سلپ میں ایک منفرد ٹوکن نمبر، اس بھرتی کے لیے پروجیکٹ کوڈ اور آپ کی ذاتی معلومات ہوں گی۔
6. ڈپازٹ سلپ پرنٹ کریں: تیار شدہ آن لائن ڈپازٹ سلپ کا پرنٹ آؤٹ لیں۔ درخواست پروسیسنگ فیس جمع کرانے کے لیے آپ کو اس پرنٹ آؤٹ کی ضرورت ہوگی۔
7. درخواست فیس جمع کروائیں: ڈپازٹ سلپ پر بتائی گئی مقررہ ناقابل واپسی ٹیسٹ فیس درج ذیل طریقوں میں سے کسی ایک کے ذریعے جمع کروائیں:
   • ایزی پیسہ ایپ یا ایزی پیسہ ایجنٹ

8. اصل ڈپازٹ سلپ رکھیں (امیدوار کی کاپی): فیس کی کامیاب جمع آوری کے بعد، یقینی بنائیں کہ آپ اصل ڈپازٹ سلپ (امیدوار کاپی) اپنے پاس رکھیں جس پر بینک یا ایزی پیسہ/جاز کیش ایجنٹ کی جانب سے اسٹیمپ لگی ہو۔ اس اصل ڈپازٹ سلپ کو اپنے پاس محفوظ رکھیں اور کسی اور کے ساتھ شیئر نہ کریں۔ یہ آپ کے فیس کی ادائیگی کا ثبوت ہے اور بعد میں تصدیق کے مقاصد کے لیے اس کی ضرورت پڑ سکتی ہے۔
9. ابتدائی طور پر ETEA آفس کو دستاویزات نہ بھیجیں: آن لائن درخواست دینے کے بعد اس مرحلے پر ETEA آفس کو کوئی دستاویزات یا ٹیسٹیمونیلز نہ بھیجیں۔ آپ کے ٹیسٹیمونیلز اور دستاویزات کی کاپیاں صرف ان امیدواروں سے درکار ہوں گی جو ETEA اسکریننگ ٹیسٹ کوالیفائی کرتے ہیں۔ تقرری کرنے والی اتھارٹی بعد کے مرحلے پر جانچ پڑتال کے مقاصد کے لیے شارٹ لسٹ کیے گئے امیدواروں سے ان دستاویزات کی درخواست کرے گی۔
10. آن لائن درخواست کی دستیابی: آن لائن درخواست فارم ETEA ویب سائٹ (www.etea.edu.pk) پر 20 فروری 2025 سے دستیاب ہوگا۔
11. آن لائن درخواست جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ: آن لائن درخواستیں جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ 10 مارچ 2025 ہے۔ براہ کرم اس آخری تاریخ کی سختی سے پابندی کریں۔
12. رول نمبر سلپس ایس ایم ایس کے ذریعے ڈاؤن لوڈ کریں: ETEA امیدواروں کو ایس ایم ایس (ان کی درخواست میں فراہم کردہ موبائل نمبر پر) کے ذریعے مطلع کرے گا جب رول نمبر سلپس ڈاؤن لوڈ کے لیے دستیاب ہوں۔ اس کے بعد امیدوار اپنی رول نمبر سلپس ETEA ویب سائٹ (www.etea.edu.pk) سے ڈاؤن لوڈ اور پرنٹ کر سکیں گے۔ یقینی بنائیں کہ آپ اپنی درخواست میں ایک فعال اور درست طریقے سے درج کردہ موبائل نمبر فراہم کریں۔ منقطع یا تبدیل شدہ موبائل نمبر نہ دیں۔
13. رول نمبر سلپ پر ٹیسٹ کی تاریخ، وقت اور مقام: ETEA اسکریننگ ٹیسٹ کی صحیح تاریخ، وقت اور مقام آپ کی رول نمبر سلپ پر واضح طور پر درج ہوگا۔ جیسے ہی آپ کی رول نمبر سلپ دستیاب ہو اسے ڈاؤن لوڈ اور پرنٹ کریں اور ٹیسٹ کی تفصیلات کو احتیاط سے نوٹ کریں۔
14. پوسٹ کے ذریعے کوئی الگ کال لیٹر نہیں: اسکریننگ ٹیسٹ کے لیے امیدواروں کو پوسٹ یا کورئیر کے ذریعے کوئی الگ کال لیٹر جاری نہیں کیا جائے گا۔ ٹیسٹ کے بارے میں تمام تر ابلاغ، بشمول رول نمبر سلپس، ایس ایم ایس اور ETEA ویب سائٹ کے ذریعے ہوں گے۔
