- ڈپٹی کنٹرولر – امتحانات: یہ کلیدی انتظامی کردار منصفانہ اور شفاف انداز میں یونیورسٹی کے امتحانات کی منصوبہ بندی، تنظیم اور انعقاد میں معاونت کرنے کا ذمہ دار ہے۔ ڈپٹی کنٹرولر – امتحانات امتحانی شیڈول تیار کرنے، تعلیمی شعبوں کے ساتھ رابطہ کاری، امتحانی مواد کی حفاظت کو یقینی بنانے، امتحانی عمل کی نگرانی کرنے اور نتائج کی تالیف اور اعلان میں معاونت جیسے کاموں میں شامل ہوگا۔ امیدواروں کے پاس کسی تسلیم شدہ تعلیمی ادارے میں امتحانات کے انتظام میں متعلقہ ماسٹرز ڈگری اور نمایاں تجربہ ہونا چاہیے۔ مضبوط تنظیمی مہارتیں، تفصیل پر توجہ، اور دباؤ میں کام کرنے کی صلاحیت اس عہدے کے لیے ضروری ہے۔

- کسی بھی طرح سے نامکمل درخواستوں پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا: یہ یقینی بنانا ضروری ہے کہ درخواست ہر لحاظ سے مکمل ہو، تمام مطلوبہ دستاویزات اور معلومات فراہم کی جائیں۔ نامکمل درخواستیں مسترد کر دی جائیں گی۔

- تمام دستاویزات اور تجربات کی تصدیق کی جائے گی، اور کسی بھی بعد میں جھوٹی یا گمراہ کن دستاویز کے نتیجے میں عمل سے نااہلی/خدمت سے برطرفی ہوگی: DUHS درست معلومات فراہم کرنے کی اہمیت پر زور دیتا ہے۔ جمع کرائی گئی کوئی بھی جھوٹی یا گمراہ کن دستاویزات تقرری کے بعد انکشاف ہونے پر فوری طور پر انتخابی عمل سے نااہلی یا برطرفی کا باعث بنے گی۔
- ہر درخواست کے ساتھ ڈاؤ یونیورسٹی آف ہیلتھ سائنسز، کراچی کے حق میں 1500/- روپے (ناقابل واپسی) کا پے آرڈر ہونا ضروری ہے: ڈاؤ یونیورسٹی آف ہیلتھ سائنسز، کراچی کے حق میں تیار کردہ پے آرڈر کی صورت میں 1500 روپے کی ناقابل واپسی پروسیسنگ فیس ہر درخواست کے ساتھ جمع کرانی ہوگی۔
