The District Health Officer, District Dir Upper, has announced vacant positions for EPI Vaccinators on a contractual/time-bound basis for a period of one year. Online applications are invited from eligible candidates holding a domicile of District Dir Upper (including Malakand Division).
Position Details
- Post Name: EPI Vaccinator
- Number of Posts: 30
- Salary: Rs. 40,000/- per month
- Age Limit: 18–32 years (Age relaxation is admissible as per existing Government Rules) * Quotas: 10% for Female candidates, 2% for disabled candidates, and 0.5% for Minorities.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
- At least a 2nd Division Secondary School Certificate (Matric) in Science from a recognized board.
AND * A two-year Health Technician Diploma from a recognized Medical Faculty OR F.Sc Medical Technology in the relevant technology from a recognized board.
Important Terms & Conditions
- Screening Test: Candidates will be required to appear in the ETEA screening test.
- NADRA Verification: Before paying the test fee, candidates must print an E-Sahulat token from the ETEA website and get their CNIC verified from a NADRA E-Sahulat franchise/kiosk. Without this verification, applications cannot be submitted.
- Government Employees: Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies must apply through the proper channel.
- No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be provided for the test or interview.
- Documents: Do not send hard copies of documents to the ETEA office after applying online. Only candidates who pass the screening test will be required to submit physical documents for scrutiny.
How to Apply
- Online Application: Visit the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency website at www.etea.edu.pk to apply online.
- Fee Deposit: After submitting the online form, a prescribed deposit slip (containing a token number and project code) will be generated. Print this slip and deposit the non-refundable test fee via the Easypaisa app/agent or at any branch of UBL Bank.
- Keep the Slip: Retain the original candidate copy of the deposit slip with the bank stamp for your own record.
- Roll Number Slips: Candidates will be notified via SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll Number Slips from the website. Test dates, times, and venues will be mentioned on the slip. (Note: Do not use a ported/converted mobile number).
