1. Manager Legal

• Qualification: LLB degree from a reputable HEC recognized University.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 08 years of post-qualification experience preferably in the field of corporate law/industrial law/labor laws/service matters.
  • Proven experience regarding transfer of land/estates.
  • The applicant should be well versed in drafting legal instruments e.g., agreements, contracts, lease agreements, SOPs, legal opinions etc.
  • Experience should also include court work etc. Also must have experience of litigation cases.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance on all matters related to corporate law, industrial law, labor laws, and service matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including agreements, contracts, leases, and SOPs.
  • Manage and oversee litigation cases, ensuring the company’s interests are protected.
  • Handle legal matters related to the transfer of land and estates within FIEDMC industrial zones.

2. Manager Finance

• Qualification:
  • MBA Finance/Masters in Accounting/Finance/Professional Accounting Qualification (ACA/ACMA/ACCA/CA(ICAEW)).
  • Preference will be given to candidates having relevant accounting certification.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 08 years of post-qualification experience in Finance Department.
  • Preferably experience of working with Finance Department of reputable organization, preferably in a development authority/Real Estate/Industrial zone Development & Operation.
  • Must have strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS & IAS).
  • Working Knowledge & Computer Skill in using applications related to Finance domain.
• Age Limit: 45 Years Maximum.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall financial operations of FIEDMC, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
  • Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial discipline.
  • Oversee accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

3. Manager Audit

• Qualification:
  • (a) CA/ACMA/ACCA/CA(ICAEW).
  • (b) Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
  • (c) MBA Finance/Masters in Accounting/Finance from a reputable HEC recognized University.
  • (d) Preference shall be given to candidates out of which (a) is mandatory and qualification from Institute of Internal Auditors.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 08 years relevant experience preferably in Internal Audit function.
• Age Limit: 45 Years Maximum.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and report on operational, financial, and compliance audits.
  • Assess and evaluate internal controls and risk management processes.
  • Identify areas of improvement and recommend corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency and internal controls.

  • 08 years relevant experience preferably in Land Management of reputable organization including Land Acquisition / Land Transfer (Registry) / Revenue of Govt. Estates.
• Age Limit: 45 Years Maximum.

  • Manage and oversee land acquisition, land transfer, and land revenue operations for FIEDMC.
  • Coordinate land acquisition processes in accordance with government regulations and procedures.
