The position is based in Karachi.
Job Details
- Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
- Organization: First Credit and Investment Bank Ltd. (FCIBL)
- Job Location: Karachi, Pakistan
- Age Limit: 50 to 64 years
- Employment Type: Contract basis (Up to 3 years, extendable based on performance evaluation by the Board)
- Salary: Competitive salary package including fringe benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Steering the overall affairs of the company.
- Serving as the driving force behind strategic direction, operational excellence, and vision.
- Enhancing market penetration in accordance with guidelines and policies approved by the Board.
Qualification & Experience Criteria
- Education: Chartered Accountant / Cost and Management Accountant / MBA (Finance or Marketing).
- Experience:
- Minimum 25 years of professional experience.
- At least 10 years in a Senior Management / Key Executive role within the financial sector is a must.
- Direct experience in the financial sector is mandatory.
