17. سیکیورٹی گارڈ (BPS-01)

• آسامیوں کی تعداد: 01
• قابلیت/تجربہ: خواندہ (پڑھنا اور لکھنا جانتا ہو)۔ سیکیورٹی گارڈ کے طور پر کم از کم 05 سال کا تجربہ۔
• عمر کی حد: زیادہ سے زیادہ 35 سال۔

18. مالی (BPS-01)

• قابلیت/تجربہ: خواندہ (پڑھنا اور لکھنا جانتا ہو)۔ مالی کے طور پر کم از کم 05 سال کا تجربہ۔
• عمر کی حد: زیادہ سے زیادہ 35 سال۔
• کردار کی تفصیل: مالی ہسپتال کے بیرونی علاقوں، بشمول باغات، لان، اور سبز مقامات کی صفائی اور جمالیاتی کشش کو برقرار رکھنے کا ذمہ دار ہے۔ ان کا کام مریضوں اور زائرین کے لیے ایک خوشگوار اور علاج گاہ کا ماحول بنانے میں حصہ ڈالتا ہے، اور یقینی بناتا ہے کہ ہسپتال کا میدان اچھی طرح سے برقرار رکھا جائے۔

19. سوئیپر (BPS-01)

• قابلیت/تجربہ: خواندہ (پڑھنا اور لکھنا جانتا ہو)۔ سوئیپر کے طور پر کم از کم 05 سال کا تجربہ۔
• عمر کی حد: زیادہ سے زیادہ 35 سال۔
• کردار کی تفصیل: سوئیپر ہسپتال کے اندرونی اور بیرونی احاطے کی صفائی اور حفظان صحت کو برقرار رکھنے میں اہم کردار ادا کرتا ہے۔ اس میں فرش صاف کرنا، کچرا جمع کرنا، اور ایک صحت بخش ماحول کو یقینی بنانا شامل ہے، جو انفیکشن کنٹرول اور سہولت کے اندر مجموعی عوامی صحت کے لیے اہم ہے۔

درخواست دہندگان کے لیے عمومی شرائط و ضوابط

ممکنہ امیدواروں کو درج ذیل شرائط و ضوابط کا بغور مطالعہ کرنا اور ان کی پابندی کرنی چاہیے تاکہ ان کی درخواست پر غور کیا جا سکے۔

1. معاہدے پر مبنی تقرری: تمام آسامیاں خالصتاً ایک سال کے معاہدے کی بنیاد پر ہیں، جو تسلی بخش کارکردگی اور ہسپتال کی ضروریات کے تابع ہیں۔
2. عمر کا حساب: زیادہ سے زیادہ عمر کی حد درخواست جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ پر شمار کی جائے گی۔
3. درخواست کا طریقہ کار: دلچسپی رکھنے والے امیدواروں کو اپنی درخواست کے ساتھ تازہ ترین سی وی، تعلیمی دستاویزات کی تصدیق شدہ کاپیاں، تجربہ کے سرٹیفکیٹ، CNIC، اور ڈومیسائل بھیجنا چاہیے۔
4. کوئی اعتراض نہیں سرٹیفکیٹ (NOC): سرکاری ملازمین کو مناسب چینل کے ذریعے درخواست دینی چاہیے اور انہیں اپنے موجودہ محکمہ سے NOC فراہم کرنا چاہیے۔
5. انٹرویو کال: صرف شارٹ لسٹ کیے گئے امیدواروں کو انٹرویو کے لیے بلایا جائے گا۔
6. کوئی TA/DA نہیں: ٹیسٹ/انٹرویو کے لیے کوئی سفری الاؤنس (TA) یا یومیہ الاؤنس (DA) قابل قبول نہیں ہوگا۔
7. نامکمل/دیر سے موصول ہونے والی درخواستیں: نامکمل درخواستیں یا جو مقررہ تاریخ کے بعد موصول ہوں گی ان پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
8. ہسپتال ڈائریکٹر کا حق: ہسپتال ڈائریکٹر کو آسامیوں کی تعداد بڑھانے یا کم کرنے یا بغیر کسی وجہ کے کسی بھی مرحلے پر بھرتی کے پورے عمل کو منسوخ کرنے کا حق محفوظ ہے۔ یہ شق ہسپتال انتظامیہ کو لچک فراہم کرتی ہے۔
9. دستاویزات کی تصدیق: انٹرویو کے وقت تمام اصل دستاویزات کی جانچ پڑتال کی جائے گی۔ کسی بھی مرحلے پر اگر کوئی دستاویز جعلی یا جھوٹا پایا گیا تو ہسپتال کو درخواست/تقرری منسوخ کرنے اور قانونی کارروائی شروع کرنے کا حق محفوظ ہے۔
10. غلط معلومات: امیدوار کی طرف سے فراہم کردہ کوئی بھی غلط معلومات ان کی درخواست/تقرری کی فوری منسوخی کا باعث بنے گی۔
11. نظم و ضبطی کارروائی: اگر کسی امیدوار کو نظم و ضبطی وجوہات کی بنا پر سرکاری ملازمت سے برطرف کیا گیا ہے تو ان کی درخواست پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
12. پولیس تصدیق: منتخب امیدواروں کی تقرری پولیس تصدیق کے تابع ہوگی۔
13. طبی فٹنس: منتخب امیدواروں کو میڈیکل بورڈ کے ذریعے طبی معائنے سے گزرنا ہوگا اور تقرری سے پہلے طبی طور پر فٹ قرار دیا جانا چاہیے۔
14. انتخابی کمیٹی کا فیصلہ: انتخابی کمیٹی کا فیصلہ حتمی ہوگا اور اسے کسی بھی عدالت میں چیلنج نہیں کیا جا سکتا۔

درخواست جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ
