• Corporate Governance & Risk Management: Ensure effective corporate governance and risk management by establishing and maintaining robust internal controls and compliance frameworks in accordance with IFRS and regulatory standards. Manage treasury functions, including liquidity management, working capital optimization, and banking relations. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Operational & Business Performance: Oversee the operational and business performance by directing the Finance function and ensuring effective management of accounting, financial reporting, and treasury activities. Ensure the accurate consolidation of business performance reports to support strategic decision-making, implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, and the overall effectiveness of financial operations.
• Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary financial spokesperson for maintaining transparent and effective communication with shareholders, banks, regulators, and other key external stakeholders.
