Detailed Eligibility Criteria
1. Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Projects
- Academic Requirements: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical, Marine, Industrial, or an equivalent discipline. PEC registration is mandatory.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 10 to 20 years of extensive experience in:
- Ship repair or marine engineering.
- Heavy industrial maintenance.
- Multi-disciplinary project execution environments.
- Must include at least 4 to 5 years in a project management or execution leadership role.
- Preferred Edge: Candidates holding professional certifications in Project Management, Primavera, or MS Project will be given preference.
- Age Limit: Up to 55 years.
2. Senior Supervisor / Supervisor
- Academic Requirements: Graduation from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience as a Personal Secretary and in office management.
- Key Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with deep expertise in MS Office utilities.
- Preferred Edge: Candidates possessing knowledge of ERP systems and those who have completed qualified management courses will be prioritized.
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
3. Electrician
- Academic Requirements: Matriculation or Intermediate, with a strong preference given to holders of a DAE (Electrical).
- Experience Requirements: 2 to 3 years of practical hands-on experience in the relevant electrical field.
- Preferred Edge: Candidates possessing a valid wireman license will be preferred.
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years.

- Age Relaxation: Age relaxation in the upper limit may be granted to extraordinary candidates with exceptional profiles.
- Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates meeting the exact criteria will be called for the formal test or interview.
- TA/DA: No Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
