We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional for the position of Chief Internal Auditor to strengthen our internal audit functions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
The Chief Internal Auditor will be responsible for:
- Audit Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans that assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and governance practices across the organization.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate risks associated with business operations and develop strategies to mitigate those risks effectively.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, recommendations, and action plans for management. Present findings to the Board of Directors and senior management.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Conduct follow-up audits to assess the implementation of corrective actions.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of internal auditors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various departments to promote awareness of internal controls and risk management practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, or CIA are highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in internal auditing or related fields, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the utility sector or similar industries.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development.

- رپورٹنگ: تفصیلی آڈٹ رپورٹس تیار کرنا جو نتائج، سفارشات، اور انتظامیہ کے لیے عملی منصوبوں کو اجاگر کرتی ہیں۔ نتائج کو بورڈ آف ڈائریکٹرز اور سینئر انتظامیہ کے سامنے پیش کرنا۔
- تعمیل کی نگرانی: متعلقہ قوانین، ضوابط، اور داخلی پالیسیوں کی تعمیل کو یقینی بنانا۔ اصلاحی اقدامات کے نفاذ کا اندازہ کرنے کے لیے پیروی کے آڈٹ کرنا۔

اہلیت
- تعلیم: بزنس ایڈمنسٹریشن، اکاؤنٹنگ، فنانس یا متعلقہ شعبے میں ماسٹر ڈگری۔ CA، ACCA یا CIA جیسے پیشہ ورانہ سرٹیفکیٹس ترجیحی ہیں۔
- تجربہ: اندرونی آڈٹنگ یا متعلقہ شعبوں میں کم از کم 10 سال کا تجربہ، جن میں سے کم از کم 5 سال بجلی کے شعبے یا اسی طرح کی صنعتوں میں انتظامی کردار میں ہوں۔
- مہارتیں:
