مینجمنٹ کے حقوق: نادرہ انتظامیہ کسی بھی وجہ بتائے بغیر کسی بھی درخواست کو قبول یا مسترد کرنے کا حق محفوظ رکھتی ہے۔ یہ یقینی بناتا ہے کہ نادرہ اپنی تزویراتی ضروریات اور تشخیص کے عمل کی بنیاد پر موزوں ترین امیدواروں کا انتخاب کر سکے۔
شارٹ لسٹنگ: صرف شارٹ لسٹ کیے گئے امیدواروں کو ٹیسٹ اور/یا انٹرویو کے لیے بلایا جائے گا۔ ہم تمام اہل امیدواروں کی حوصلہ افزائی کرتے ہیں کہ وہ درخواست دیں، اور شارٹ لسٹنگ کا معیار بیان کردہ معیار پر مبنی ہوگا۔
غلط معلومات پر نااہلی: غلط معلومات فراہم کرنے والے امیدواروں کو نااہل قرار دیا جائے گا۔ ایمانداری اور سالمیت نادرہ میں سب سے اہم ہے۔
عمر میں رعایت: زیادہ سے زیادہ 37 سال کی عمر میں 5 سال کی رعایت پہلے ہی شامل کی گئی ہے، جس سے یہ عہدے تجربہ کار پیشہ ور افراد کی وسیع رینج تک قابل رسائی ہیں۔
طبی اور کردار سرٹیفکیٹ: منتخب امیدواروں سے میڈیکل فٹنس اور کریکٹر سرٹیفکیٹ فراہم کرنے کی درخواست کی جائے گی تاکہ یہ یقینی بنایا جا سکے کہ وہ نادرہ کے صحت اور اخلاقی معیارات پر پورا اترتے ہیں۔
کوئی ٹی اے/ڈی اے نہیں: ٹیسٹ/انٹرویو کے لیے کوئی سفری الاؤنس یا یومیہ الاؤنس قابل قبول نہیں ہوگا۔
ایچ ای سی سے تصدیق شدہ ڈگریاں: انٹرویو کے وقت ہائر ایجوکیشن کمیشن (ایچ ای سی) سے تصدیق شدہ ڈگریاں فراہم کرنا لازمی ہے۔ یہ آپ کی تعلیمی قابلیت کی صداقت اور شناخت کی تصدیق کے لیے ضروری ہے۔
تنوع کے لیے حوصلہ افزائی: نادرہ خواتین، اقلیتوں، ٹرانس جینڈرز، اور معذور امیدواروں کی درخواستوں کی فعال طور پر حوصلہ افزائی کرتا ہے، جو ہماری شمولیت اور مساوی مواقع کے لیے ہماری وابستگی کی عکاسی کرتا ہے۔
ممنوعہ اشیاء: انتخاب کے عمل کی سالمیت کو برقرار رکھنے کے لیے ٹیسٹ/انٹرویو کے دوران الیکٹرانک گیجٹس، موبائل فون، سمارٹ واچز وغیرہ کی اجازت نہیں ہے۔
درخواست جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ: درخواستیں جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ 9 مارچ 2025 ہے۔ اپنے کیلنڈرز کو نشان زد کریں اور اس موقع کو ضائع نہ کرنے کے لیے فوری طور پر درخواست دیں!
