   • ایک داخلہ ٹیسٹ HEC سے منظور شدہ ٹیسٹنگ ایجنسیوں کے ذریعے منعقد کیا جائے گا۔
   • ٹیسٹ امیدواروں کی سہولت کے لیے پاکستان کے مختلف بڑے شہروں میں منعقد کیا جائے گا: ایبٹ آباد، گوادر، کراچی، لاہور، ملتان، مظفر آباد (AJK)، پشاور، کوئٹہ، راولپنڈی، اور سکھر۔
   • امیدواروں کو اگلے مرحلے کے لیے اہل ہونے کے لیے داخلہ ٹیسٹ میں کم از کم 50% نمبر حاصل کرنا ضروری ہے۔
2. طبی معائنہ: داخلہ ٹیسٹ میں اہل ہونے والے شارٹ لسٹ کیے گئے امیدواروں کا مکمل طبی معائنہ کیا جائے گا۔ یہ معائنہ آرمی/نیوی کے مقرر کردہ ہسپتالوں میں کیا جائے گا تاکہ یہ یقینی بنایا جا سکے کہ امیدوار سمندری جہازوں کے لیے درکار سخت جسمانی اور طبی معیارات پر پورا اترتے ہیں۔ امیدواروں کو طبی طور پر فٹ ہونا چاہیے اور کسی بھی ایسی حالت سے پاک ہونا چاہیے جو سمندر میں ان کی کارکردگی میں رکاوٹ بن سکے۔ یہ نوٹ کرنا اہم ہے کہ رنگوں کی تمیز سے محروم امیدوار اہل نہیں ہیں۔
3. جسمانی کارکردگی ٹیسٹ (PET): طبی معائنے کے بعد، امیدواروں کا جسمانی کارکردگی ٹیسٹ (PET) لیا جائے گا تاکہ ان کی جسمانی برداشت اور طاقت کا اندازہ لگایا جا سکے۔ PET کے معیارات درج ذیل ہیں:
   • دوڑ: 08 منٹ میں 1 میل
   • پش اپس: 02 منٹ میں 15 بار
   • سٹ اپس: 02 منٹ میں 15 بار
   • چن اپس: 02 منٹ میں 04 بار
4. حتمی انٹرویو: انتخابی عمل کا آخری مرحلہ انٹرویو ہے۔ یہ امیدوار کی شخصیت، مواصلاتی مہارتوں، حوصلہ افزائی، اور مرچنٹ نیوی میں کیریئر کے لیے موزونیت کا اندازہ لگاتا ہے۔
5. میرٹ پر مبنی انتخاب: حتمی انتخاب سختی سے میرٹ پر کیا جائے گا، جو ایک جامع تشخیص کی بنیاد پر ہوگا جس میں شامل ہیں:
   • F.Sc کے نمبر
   • داخلہ ٹیسٹ کے نمبر
   • طبی اور جسمانی کارکردگی ٹیسٹ (PET) کے نتائج
   • حتمی انٹرویو کی کارکردگی

حتمی انٹرویو اور PET کی تاریخیں پاکستان میرین اکیڈمی کی ویب سائٹ پر اپ ڈیٹ کی جائیں گی، اور امیدواروں کو SMS کے ذریعے بھی مطلع کیا جائے گا۔

نااہلی کا معیار: کن چیزوں سے بچنا ہے

امیدواروں کو ان کارروائیوں اور شرائط سے پوری طرح واقف ہونا چاہیے جو داخلہ کے عمل کے کسی بھی مرحلے پر نااہلی کا باعث بنیں گی:

• دستاویزات میں رد و بدل: تعلیمی سرٹیفکیٹ، مارک شیٹس، یا دیگر جمع کرائے گئے دستاویزات میں کوئی تبدیلی یا ہیرا پھیری۔
• غلط معلومات/چھپانا: کسی بھی مطلوبہ معلومات کو چھپانا، نامکمل فارم جمع کرانا، یا درخواست میں غلط تفصیلات فراہم کرنا۔
• نظم و ضبطی/تعلیمی برطرفی: کسی بھی اکیڈمی یا تربیتی ادارے (بشمول مسلح افواج) سے نظم و ضبط کی خلاف ورزیوں یا مسلسل ناقص تعلیمی کارکردگی کی وجہ سے برطرف کیا جانا۔
• سرکاری ملازمت سے برطرفی: کسی بھی سرکاری ملازمت (بشمول مسلح افواج) سے برطرف، ہٹایا، نااہل قرار دیا گیا، یا استعفیٰ دیا جانا۔
• مجرمانہ سزا: کسی بھی اخلاقی جرم یا دیگر کسی جرم میں عدالت سے سزا یافتہ ہونا۔
• غیر موزوں تعلیمی پس منظر: غیر موزوں مضامین کا امتزاج یا ڈپلومہ ہولڈرز (DAE) ہونا کیونکہ یہ قابلیتیں اس پروگرام کے لیے اہل نہیں سمجھی جاتی ہیں۔
• طبی نااہلی: کسی فوجی ہسپتال یا متعلقہ طبی بورڈ کی جانب سے طبی طور پر نااہل قرار دیا جانا۔ اس میں رنگوں کی تمیز سے محروم ہونا بھی شامل ہے۔
