نرسنگ ڈیپارٹمنٹ:
- ایسوسی ایٹ نرسنگ ڈائریکٹر (Associate Nursing Director) (01): ایک سینئر قیادت کا کردار ایک انتہائی تجربہ کار نرسنگ پیشہ ور کے لیے نرسنگ ڈائریکٹر کی نرسنگ کے تمام کاموں کی نگرانی، نگہداشت کے معیار کو مقرر کرنے، اور ایک بڑے نرسنگ اسٹاف کا انتظام کرنے میں مدد کرنا۔ اس عہدے کے لیے تزویراتی قیادت اور نرسنگ ایڈمنسٹریشن میں وسیع تجربے کی ضرورت ہے۔
- ہاسٹل وارڈن (خواتین) (Hostel Warden (Female)) (01): خاتون وارڈن کے لیے خواتین عملے کے ہاسٹل کا انتظام کرنے، محفوظ، آرام دہ اور اچھی طرح سے دیکھ بھال کرنے والے ماحول کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے ایک رہائشی کردار۔ اس عہدے کے لیے رہائشی ماحول میں مضبوط باہمی اور انتظامی مہارتوں کی ضرورت ہے۔
- ہاسٹل وارڈن (مرد) (Hostel Warden (Male)) (01): مرد عملے کے ہاسٹل کا انتظام کرنے، حفاظت، حکم اور سازگار رہائشی ماحول کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے ایک ایسا ہی رہائشی کردار۔ یہ عہدہ عملے کی فلاح و بہبود کے لیے ضروری ہے اور اس کے لیے خاتون وارڈن کے کردار کی طرح باہمی اور انتظامی مہارتوں کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے۔
- انفیکشن پریوینشن کلینیکل انسٹرکٹر (Infection Prevention Clinical Instructor) (01): نرسنگ پیشہ ور کے لیے انفیکشن سے بچاؤ کے پروٹوکول تیار کرنے اور نافذ کرنے، عملے کو حفظان صحت کے طریقوں پر تربیت دینے اور انفیکشن کنٹرول کے اقدامات کی نگرانی کرنے کے لیے ایک اہم کردار۔ یہ عہدہ مریضوں کی حفاظت کو برقرار رکھنے اور ادارے کے اندر حفظان صحت کے اعلیٰ ترین معیار کو برقرار رکھنے کے لیے بہت ضروری ہے۔
- ہیلتھ کیئر ایپیڈیمیولوجسٹ (Healthcare Epidemiologist) (01): ایک پبلک ہیلتھ ماہر کے لیے ایک specialized کردار ہسپتال کے اندر بیماری کے نمونوں کا مطالعہ کرنے، ایپیڈیمیولوجیکل کنٹرول کی حکمت عملی تیار کرنے، اور پبلک ہیلتھ مداخلتوں پر مشورہ دینے کے لیے۔ یہ عہدہ مجموعی ہسپتال کی حفاظت اور پبلک ہیلتھ لیڈرشپ کے لیے بہت اہم ہے۔
نان کلینیکل عہدے: ہیومن ریسورس ڈیپارٹمنٹ
PKLI&RC میں غیر کلینیکل افعال ادارے کے ہموار آپریشن اور کامیابی کے لیے اتنے ہی اہم ہیں۔ ہیومن ریسورس ڈیپارٹمنٹ افرادی قوت کے انتظام اور موثر انتظامی معاونت کو یقینی بنانے میں مرکزی کردار ادا کرتا ہے۔ ہیومن ریسورس کے اندر کھلے عہدوں میں شامل ہیں:
- جنرل مینیجر ہیومن ریسورس (General Manager Human Resource) (01): پوری انسانی وسائل کی فعالیت کی نگرانی کرنے، HR حکمت عملی تیار کرنے، بھرتی، معاوضہ، اور پورے ادارے کے ملازمین کے تعلقات کا انتظام کرنے کے لیے HR لیڈرشپ کا اعلیٰ ترین کردار۔ اس عہدے کے لیے HR مینجمنٹ کے وسیع تجربے اور تزویراتی قیادت کی مہارتوں کی ضرورت ہے۔

PKLI انسٹی ٹیوٹ آف نرسنگ اینڈ الائیڈ ہیلتھ سائنسز نرسوں اور اتحادی صحت کے پیشہ ور افراد کی اگلی نسل کی تربیت کے لیے وقف ہے۔ وزٹنگ فیکلٹی کے عہدے تعلیمی پروگرام کو تقویت دینے کے لیے دستیاب ہیں:
- وزیٹنگ فیکلٹی (نظریہ پاکستان) (Visiting Faculty (Ideology of Pakistan)) (01): نظریہ پاکستان پر کورسز پڑھانے کے لیے، نرسنگ کے طلباء میں قومی شناخت اور اقدار کی تفہیم کو فروغ دینا۔ اس کردار کے لیے پاکستانی مطالعہ میں مہارت اور موثر تدریسی مہارتوں کی ضرورت ہے۔
- وزیٹنگ فیکلٹی (برتاؤ سائنسز) (Visiting Faculty (Behavioural Sciences)) (01): برتاؤ سائنسز پڑھانے کے لیے، نرسنگ کے طلباء کو مریضوں کی دیکھ بھال اور صحت کی دیکھ بھال میں مواصلات سے متعلق ضروری نفسیاتی اور معاشرتی بصیرت فراہم کرنا۔ اس عہدے کے لیے نفسیات، سوشیالوجی، یا متعلقہ برتاؤ سائنسز میں پس منظر کی ضرورت ہے۔

شرائط و ضوابط: عمومی رہنما خطوط
PKLI&RC تمام عہدوں کے لیے مسابقتی تنخواہیں پیش کرتا ہے۔ کنسلٹنٹ عہدوں کے لیے عمر کی کوئی حد نہیں ہے۔ تاہم، دیگر عہدوں کے لیے، درخواست گزار کی عمر 18-62 سال کے درمیان ہونی چاہیے۔ درخواست دہندگان کو آن لائن اپلیکیشن پورٹل پر تمام مطلوبہ دستاویزات اپ لوڈ کرنا ہوں گے، بشمول قابلیت، تجربہ، سرٹیفکیٹس، درست لائسنس، اور NOC (اگر قابل اطلاق ہو)۔ نامکمل درخواستوں پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔ شارٹ لسٹ کیے گئے امیدواروں کو انٹرویو کے وقت اصل دستاویزات اور کاپیوں کا ایک سیٹ لانا ہوگا۔ انٹرویوز کے لیے کوئی TA/DA قابل قبول نہیں ہوگا۔
