Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for these positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:
General Requirements for All Positions:
- Must be a citizen of Pakistan.
- Must be residing within Peshawar District.
- Age must be as per government rules and regulations and relaxed as per notification issued in 2008.
- Must possess the required educational qualifications from a recognized institution as specified for each post.
- Candidates must have passed the ETEA (Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency) test with a minimum score of 50%.
- Candidates with higher qualifications and experience will be preferred.
- For positions requiring religious education qualifications (like Qari), certifications from recognized religious institutions are mandatory.
Specific Educational Qualifications and Requirements for Each Position:
- TT (Trained Teacher) (BPS-15):
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree in Education (M.Ed.) or equivalent.
- Candidates must obtain a training certificate from APDCDPD (Agency for Primary and Community Development and Capacity Development Program) within 8 months of appointment.
- AT (Assistant Teacher) (BPS-15):
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree in Education (M.Ed.) or equivalent.
- Candidates must obtain a training certificate from APDCDPD within 8 months of appointment.
- PET (Physical Education Teacher) (BPS-15):
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, preferably in Physical Education or related field.
- Candidates must obtain a training certificate from APDCDPD within 8 months of appointment.
- DM (Drawing Master) (BPS-15):
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or related field from a recognized university.
- Candidates must obtain a training certificate from APDCDPD within 8 months of appointment.
- CT (Certified Teacher) (BPS-12):
- Associate Degree in Education (ADE) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Candidates must obtain a training certificate from APDCDPD within 8 months of appointment.
- Qari (Religious Teacher) (BPS-12):
- Shahadat-ul-Alamiya fil Uloom-ul-Arabia Wal-Islamia degree (or equivalent) from a recognized religious institution (Darul Uloom Deoband, Darul Uloom Karachi, Darul Uloom Peshawar, etc.).
- Must have a Master’s degree in Islamic Studies or Arabic from a recognized university.
- Candidates must obtain a training certificate from APDCDPD within 8 months of appointment.
- PST (Primary School Teacher) (BPS-12):
- Associate Degree in Education (ADE) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Candidates must obtain a training certificate from RPDC/DPD (Regional Primary Education Development Center/District Primary Education Department) within 8 months of appointment.
Selection Criteria and Process:
- The selection process will be conducted by ETEA in a transparent and merit-based manner.
- District-wise merit lists will be prepared for each position.
- The merit list will be based on the aggregate marks obtained in the ETEA test and academic qualifications.
- Candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks in the ETEA test to be considered for further selection.
- For positions requiring CGPA, the conversion to percentage will be as per HEC (Higher Education Commission) guidelines. Candidates need to provide attested copies of their degrees and transcripts.
- Preference will be given to candidates with higher qualifications and experience.
- Disabled candidates who are able to perform their duties effectively are encouraged to apply.

Terms and Conditions:
- The initial test will be conducted by ETEA, and the merit list will be prepared based on ETEA scores and academic qualifications.
- District-wise merit list will be prepared for each position.
- Candidates must achieve a minimum of 50% marks in the ETEA test.
- CGPA to percentage conversion will be as per HEC policy.
- Preference will be given to candidates with higher qualifications and experience.
- Disabled candidates are encouraged to apply if they can perform essential job functions.
- The last date for application submission is March 17, 2025.
- Original educational documents, CNIC, and domicile will be verified at the time of the interview.
- If, after the issuance of this advertisement, the government changes the recruitment policy, the new policy (TNA) will be followed.

شرائط و ضوابط:
- ابتدائی ٹیسٹ ای ٹی ای اے کے ذریعے لیا جائے گا، اور میرٹ لسٹ ای ٹی ای اے اسکورز اور تعلیمی قابلیت کی بنیاد پر تیار کی جائے گی۔
- ہر آسامی کے لیے ضلع وار میرٹ لسٹ تیار کی جائے گی۔
- امیدواروں کو ای ٹی ای اے ٹیسٹ میں کم از کم 50% نمبر حاصل کرنے ہوں گے۔
- CGPA سے فیصد میں تبدیلی HEC پالیسی کے مطابق ہوگی۔
- اعلیٰ قابلیت اور تجربہ رکھنے والے امیدواروں کو ترجیح دی جائے گی۔
- معذور امیدوار اگر ملازمت کے ضروری کام انجام دے سکتے ہیں تو انہیں درخواست دینے کی ترغیب دی جاتی ہے۔

- انٹرویو کے وقت اصلی تعلیمی دستاویزات، شناختی کارڈ اور ڈومیسائل کی تصدیق کی جائے گی۔
- اگر اس اشتہار کے اجراء کے بعد حکومت بھرتی پالیسی میں تبدیلی کرتی ہے تو، نئی پالیسی (TNA) پر عمل کیا جائے گا۔
- بھرتی کا عمل منسوخ کیا جا سکتا ہے یا سرکاری پالیسی کے مطابق آسامیوں میں اضافہ یا کمی کی جا سکتی ہے۔
- صرف HEC کے تسلیم شدہ/منظور شدہ اداروں کی ڈگریاں/سرٹیفکیٹ قبول کیے جائیں گے۔
- اگر کسی بھی تعلیمی دستاویز یا معلومات کو بھرتی کے کسی بھی مرحلے پر یا تقرری کے بعد جعلی/بوگس پایا جاتا ہے تو سخت کارروائی کی جائے گی، اور امیدوار کو مستقل طور پر سرکاری ملازمت کے لیے نااہل قرار دیا جائے گا۔
- نامکمل درخواستیں مسترد کر دی جائیں گی۔
- بھرتی کے عمل پر اثر انداز کرنے کی کسی بھی کوشش کے نتیجے میں نااہلی ہو گی۔
- ابتدائی طور پر، منتخب امیدواروں کو پانچ سال تک اسی سکول میں خدمات انجام دینی ہوں گی، جو ناقابل منتقلی ہے۔

- تقرری کے لیے کسی بھی قسم کا دباؤ یا سفارش امیدوار کو نااہل قرار دے گی۔
- عمر کی حد کا حساب اشتہار کی آخری تاریخ (17 مارچ 2025) کے مطابق کیا جائے گا، عمر میں رعایت حکومتی قوانین کے مطابق 2008 میں جاری کی گئی ہے۔
- پہاڑی علاقوں میں رہنے والے امیدواروں کے لیے بالائی عمر کی حد میں رعایت حکومتی پالیسی (2002 میں ترمیم شدہ) کے مطابق دی جائے گی۔
- مکمل درخواستیں 17 مارچ 2025 کو شام 5:00 بجے سے پہلے پہنچ جانی چاہئیں۔ اس وقت یا تاریخ کے بعد موصول ہونے والی درخواستوں پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔ آخری تاریخ کے بعد حاصل کردہ تعلیمی ڈگریوں پر بھی غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
