Requirements:

1. Educational Qualifications:
   • PhD/M.Phil/MS in Business Administration or Equivalent
   • PhD/MS in CS/SE/IT/CSE or Equivalent
   • PhD/MS/M.Phil in Psychology
2. Experience:
   • Teaching/research experience in a recognized Institution/University/College.
3. Research:
   • A strong research portfolio with publications in academic journals.
4. Skills:
   • Proven ability to effectively deliver lectures, design curriculum, and assess students.
5. Professional Involvement:
   • Active participation in professional organizations and conferences.

Preference:

• Foreign Qualifications are preferred.

   • نفسیات میں پی ایچ ڈی/ایم ایس/ایم فل
2. تجربہ:
   • کسی تسلیم شدہ ادارے/یونیورسٹی/کالج میں تدریسی/تحقیقی تجربہ۔
3. تحقیق:
   • تعلیمی جرائد میں اشاعتوں کے ساتھ ایک مضبوط تحقیقی پورٹ فولیو۔
4. مہارتیں:
   • مؤثر طریقے سے لیکچر دینے، نصاب ڈیزائن کرنے اور طلباء کا جائزہ لینے کی ثابت شدہ صلاحیت۔
5. پیشہ ورانہ شمولیت:
   • پیشہ ورانہ تنظیموں اور کانفرنسوں میں فعال شرکت۔
