1. Arabic Teacher (AT) – BPS-15

- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University plus Shahadatul Al-Alamiyyah fil-Uloom al-Arabia wal-Islamia from a reputable organization or Wifaq-ul-Madaris, or Darul Uloom Syed and Sharif Swat, Darul Uloom Charbagh Swat, Darul Uloom Chitral, Darul Uloom Drosh Chitral, or any other Darul Uloom administered by the Government and duly notified from time to time. - Alternatively, a Second Class Master’s Degree in Arabic or equivalent from a recognized University is also acceptable. This ensures that candidates have a robust academic foundation in Arabic language and literature.
- In-Service Training: Successful candidates must undergo a mandatory 9-month in-service training from government institutions RPDC/DPD after selection and appointment. Selection Criteria:

General Terms and Conditions:
- The ETEA test for recruitment will be conducted in stages and the procedure will be at the sole discretion of ETEA. This ensures the testing process is managed efficiently and fairly.
- A separate merit list will be prepared at the district level for each position, based on the combined scores of the ETEA test and academic qualifications. This ensures that selection is based on overall merit within each district.
- Candidates must obtain 50% passing marks in the ETEA test to be eligible for consideration. This sets a minimum threshold for competency.
- CGPA conversion to marks is not allowed unless a certified certificate of marks or percentage from the Controller of Examinations of the concerned University is provided. This maintains uniformity and prevents discrepancies in CGPA interpretation.
- A quota is allocated for disabled persons (2%), minorities (5%), and transgender persons (0.5%). Candidates from these categories must provide relevant certificates. Disabled candidates must provide a certificate from a Standing Medical Board confirming that their disability does not impede their ability to perform teaching duties. Transgender candidates must be registered with the Zakat, Ushr, Social Welfare, Special Education and Women Empowerment Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa by the application deadline (March 17, 2025) and provide a relevant certificate. - Original educational documents and original National Identity Card are mandatory at the time of document verification. This is essential for authenticating candidate credentials.
- If the recruitment procedure is changed by the government after this advertisement, the authorized authority (ETEA) will be bound to implement the revised procedure as per government-approved rules. This acknowledges the government’s prerogative to modify procedures and ensures compliance.

- Selected candidates will have to serve in the initially appointed school for the first five years, which is non-transferable. This ensures stability and commitment to the initial posting.

عمومی شرائط:
- بھرتی کے لیے منعقد کیا جانے والا ETEA ٹیسٹ مرحلہ وار ہوگا اور طریقہ کار صرف ETEA کی صوابدید پر ہوگا۔ یہ یقینی بناتا ہے کہ ٹیسٹنگ کے عمل کو موثر اور منصفانہ طریقے سے منظم کیا جائے۔
- ہر آسامی کے لیے ضلع کی سطح پر علیحدہ علیحدہ میرٹ لسٹ مرتب کی جائے گی، جس میں امیدواروں کے ETEA ٹیسٹ اور تعلیمی قابلیت کے نمبروں کو جمع کیا جائے گا۔ یہ یقینی بناتا ہے کہ انتخاب ہر ضلع میں مجموعی میرٹ کی بنیاد پر ہو۔
