اہلیت کے معیار
اس ٹینڈر کے لیے اہل ہونے کے لیے بولی دہندگان کو درج ذیل شرائط پر پورا اترنا ہوگا:
- کاروباری رجسٹریشن:
- ایک رجسٹرڈ کاروباری ادارہ ہونا چاہیے جس کے پاس درست دستاویزات ہوں۔
- تجربہ:
- باغبانی یا زرعی اوزار فراہم کرنے میں کم از کم تین سال کا تجربہ۔
- معیار کی ضمانت:
- سپلائرز کو مقامی حکام کی جانب سے طے کردہ معیار پر عمل کرنا ہوگا۔
- مالی استحکام:
- بڑے آرڈرز کو سنبھالنے اور بروقت ترسیل کرنے کی مالی صلاحیت کا مظاہرہ کرنا۔
- حوالے:
- اسی طرح کے معاہدوں میں پچھلے کلائنٹس سے کم از کم دو حوالوں کا فراہم کرنا۔

- بولیوں کی جمع آوری:
- قیمتوں، پیش کردہ مصنوعات کی وضاحتیں، ترسیل کے شیڈولز، اور معیار کے معیارات کی تعمیل سمیت ایک تفصیلی بولی تیار کریں۔
