- بڈ سیکیورٹی جمع کرائیں: بولی دستاویزات میں بتائے گئے فارم اور طریقے سے کل بولی ویلیو کے @دو فیصد (2%) کی بڈ سیکیورٹی تیار کریں۔ یقینی بنائیں کہ بڈ سیکیورٹی کا اصل آلہ ای-بڈ جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ سے پہلے پروکیورمنٹ ڈائریکٹوریٹ تک پہنچ جائے۔
- EPADS پر بولیاں جمع کرائیں: اپنی الیکٹرانک بولیاں EPADS سسٹم کے ذریعے آخری تاریخ تک جمع کرائیں: 26 فروری 2025، 11:30 بجے۔ تاخیر سے جمع کرائی جانے والی بولیاں قبول نہیں کی جائیں گی۔
- دستاویز جمع کرانا: یقینی بنائیں کہ ٹینڈر فیس اور بڈ سیکیورٹی کے اصل آلات ای-بڈ جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ سے پہلے درج ذیل پتے پر پروکیورمنٹ ڈائریکٹوریٹ تک پہنچ جائیں: پروکیورمنٹ ڈائریکٹوریٹ لائبریری بلاک، ڈاؤ یونیورسٹی آف ہیلتھ سائنسز (اوجھا کیمپس) SUPARCO روڈ، آف مین یونیورسٹی روڈ، گلزارِ ہجری، اسکیم نمبر 33، کراچی، پاکستان۔
ٹینڈر کھولنا:
- تاریخ: 26 فروری 2025
- وقت: 12:00 بجے (دوپہر)
- مقام: پروکیورمنٹ ڈائریکٹوریٹ، لائبریری بلاک، ڈاؤ یونیورسٹی آف ہیلتھ سائنسز (اوجھا کیمپس)۔
بولی دہندگان کے لیے اہم نوٹس:
- صرف الیکٹرانک بولی: بولیاں EPADS کے ذریعے الیکٹرانک طور پر جمع کرائی جانی چاہئیں۔ دستی بولیاں مسترد کر دی جائیں گی۔
- ٹیکس دہندہ کی حیثیت: یقینی بنائیں کہ آپ کی کمپنی FBR/SRB کے ‘فعال ٹیکس دہندگان کی فہرست’ میں شامل ہے۔
- ٹینڈر فیس اور بڈ سیکیورٹی: ٹینڈر فیس اور بڈ سیکیورٹی جمع کرانے کی ضروریات پر سختی سے عمل کریں، بشمول آخری تاریخیں اور ادائیگی کے طریقے۔
- چھٹی کا ہنگامی منصوبہ: اگر حکومت بولی جمع کرانے/کھولنے کی تاریخ پر عام تعطیل یا کوئی غیر متوقع حالات کا اعلان کرتی ہے، تو ٹینڈر جمع کرانے اور کھولنے کو اگلے کام کے دن اسی وقت اور مقام پر منتقل کر دیا جائے گا۔
- مسترد کرنے کے حقوق: DUHS سندھ پبلک پروکیورمنٹ رولز (SPP رولز) 2010 کے دفعات کے تحت کسی بھی یا تمام بولیوں کو مسترد کرنے کا حق محفوظ رکھتا ہے۔
- EPADS ہیلپ لائن: EPADS پر ای-بڈنگ کے ساتھ کسی بھی تکنیکی مشکل کے لیے، ان کی ہیلپ لائن 051-111-137-237 پر دفتری اوقات میں رابطہ کریں۔
