• کردار کی اہمیت: ہارڈویئر ٹیکنیشن یونیورسٹی کے فزیکل آئی ٹی بنیادی ڈھانچے، بشمول کمپیوٹرز، سرورز، اور نیٹ ورکنگ آلات کو برقرار رکھنے کے لیے ناگزیر ہے۔ یہ کردار یقینی بناتا ہے کہ تمام ہارڈویئر اجزاء فعال ہیں، فوری طور پر مرمت کیے جاتے ہیں، اور آئی ٹی سسٹمز کی مجموعی وشوسنییتا میں حصہ ڈالتے ہیں۔
• مطلوبہ قابلیت اور تجربہ:
  • الیکٹرانکس میں ڈپلومہ آف ایسوسی ایٹ انجینئر جس کے پاس آئی ٹی ہارڈویئر کی مرمت کا تین سال کا تجربہ ہو۔
  • نوٹ: نجی اداروں میں تجربہ قبول کیا جائے گا اگر ایسا ادارہ ایس ای سی پی (SECP)، رجسٹرار آف فرمز یا کسی دوسرے ریگولیٹری اتھارٹی سے رجسٹرڈ ہو۔ عملی تجربہ مقررہ قابلیت کے بعد قبول کیا جائے گا۔
• تفصیل: اس عہدے کے لیے ہارڈویئر کی مرمت اور دیکھ بھال میں عملی تکنیکی مہارت کی ضرورت ہے۔ نجی ادارے کے تجربے کے حوالے سے نوٹ اہم ہے، جو اس بات کو یقینی بناتا ہے کہ نجی شعبے کے امیدواروں کے پاس قابل تصدیق اور منظم پیشہ ورانہ تجربہ ہو۔ یہ کردار ڈاؤن ٹائم کو کم کرنے اور یہ یقینی بنانے کے لیے اہم ہے کہ تمام آئی ٹی ہارڈویئر یونیورسٹی کے آپریشنز کو مؤثر طریقے سے سپورٹ کرتا ہے۔

5. ٹیکنیکل اسسٹنٹ (BPS-12)

• آسامیوں کی تعداد: 01
• کردار کی اہمیت: ٹیکنیکل اسسٹنٹ مختلف تکنیکی پہلوؤں میں اہم مدد فراہم کرتا ہے، بنیادی طور پر ہارڈویئر کی مرمت اور دیکھ بھال پر توجہ مرکوز کرتا ہے۔ یہ کردار سینئر ٹیکنیشنز کی مدد کرنے اور یونیورسٹی بھر میں آئی ٹی آلات کے ہموار کام کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے ضروری ہے۔
• مطلوبہ قابلیت اور تجربہ:
  • کسی تسلیم شدہ بورڈ سے الیکٹرانکس میں ڈپلومہ آف ایسوسی ایٹ انجینئر؛ یا
  • کسی تسلیم شدہ بورڈ سے آئی سی ایس (ICS) (کم از کم سیکنڈ ڈویژن) جس کے پاس انفارمیشن ٹیکنالوجی ہارڈویئر کی مرمت کا تین ماہ کا سرٹیفکیٹ ہو؛ اور
  • ہارڈویئر کی مرمت کے شعبے میں ایک سال کا تجربہ۔
  • نوٹ: صرف عملی تجربہ مقررہ قابلیت کے بعد ہی قابل غور ہوگا۔ نجی اداروں میں تجربہ قبول کیا جائے گا اگر ایسا ادارہ ایس ای سی پی (SECP)، رجسٹرار آف فرمز یا کسی دوسرے ریگولیٹری اتھارٹی سے رجسٹرڈ ہو۔
• تفصیل: یہ کردار بنیادی آئی ٹی ہارڈویئر کے علم اور کچھ عملی تجربے والے افراد کے لیے ایک داخلے کا نقطہ فراہم کرتا ہے۔ قابلیت میں لچک (DAE یا ICS مع ڈپلومہ) امیدواروں کا ایک وسیع تر پول یقینی بناتی ہے، جبکہ عملی پوسٹ کوالیفیکیشن تجربے پر زور کردار کے لیے تیاری کو یقینی بناتا ہے۔

درخواست دہندگان کے لیے اہم عمومی شرائط و ضوابط

یو ایچ ایس لاہور نے ایک منصفانہ، شفاف، اور موثر بھرتی کے عمل کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے شرائط و ضوابط کا ایک جامع سیٹ بیان کیا ہے۔ امیدواروں کو انہیں بغور پڑھنے کا سختی سے مشورہ دیا جاتا ہے۔

1. معاہدے کی بنیاد: تمام تقرریاں یو ایچ ایس سروس اسٹیٹیوٹس 2005 کے مطابق معاہدے کی بنیاد پر ہوں گی۔ اس کا مطلب ایک مقررہ مدت کی ملازمت ہے، جو کارکردگی اور یونیورسٹی کی ضروریات کی بنیاد پر توسیع کے تابع ہے۔
2. آئی ٹی/تکنیکی کرداروں کے لیے انتخابی عمل (سیریل نمبر 2 سے 5): ڈیٹا بیس ایڈمنسٹریٹر، ویب ماسٹر/اسسٹنٹ سافٹ ویئر انجینئر، ہارڈویئر ٹیکنیشن، اور ٹیکنیکل اسسٹنٹ کے لیے، ایک کثیر مرحلہ انتخابی عمل منعقد کیا جائے گا:
   • تحریری ٹیسٹ / تکنیکی ٹیسٹ / ٹائپنگ ٹیسٹ۔
   • کارکردگی کی تشخیص کا ٹیسٹ۔
   • صرف اہل امیدوار جو ان ٹیسٹوں میں کامیاب ہوں گے انہیں انٹرویو کے لیے بلایا جائے گا۔ یہ سخت عمل اس بات کو یقینی بناتا ہے کہ صرف سب سے اہل افراد کا انتخاب کیا جائے۔
3. عوامی شعبے کے تجربے کو ترجیح: ایک معروف عوامی شعبے کی میڈیکل یونیورسٹی/ادارے میں تجربہ رکھنے والوں کو ترجیح دی جائے گی۔ یہ اسی طرح کے تنظیمی سیاق و سباق میں پچھلے تجربے کی قدر کو تسلیم کرتا ہے۔
4. عمر کی حد: درخواست جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ پر درخواست دہندہ کی عمر 55 سال سے زیادہ نہیں ہونی چاہیے۔ یہ تجربہ کار پیشہ ور افراد کو ان کرداروں کے لیے غور کرنے کی اجازت دیتا ہے۔
5. کوئی ٹی اے/ڈی اے نہیں: ٹیسٹ یا انٹرویوز میں حاضر ہونے کے لیے کوئی سفری الاؤنس (TA) یا یومیہ الاؤنس (DA) قابل قبول نہیں ہوگا۔ درخواست دہندگان سے توقع کی جاتی ہے کہ وہ اپنے اخراجات خود برداشت کریں۔
6. پوسٹنگ کا مقام: منتخب امیدواروں کو یونیورسٹی کے کسی بھی کیمپس (سٹی اور جناح کیمپس KSK) پر تعینات کیا جا سکتا ہے۔ یہ یونیورسٹی کی آپریشنل ضروریات کی بنیاد پر پوسٹنگ کے مقامات میں لچک کی نشاندہی کرتا ہے۔
7. نامکمل/تاخیر سے موصول ہونے والی درخواستیں: نامکمل درخواستیں یا مقررہ تاریخ کے بعد موصول ہونے والی درخواستیں قبول نہیں کی جائیں گی۔ ڈیڈ لائن اور مکمل ہونے کی سختی سے پابندی اہم ہے۔
8. ڈومیسائل کی ضرورت: صرف پنجاب کے ڈومیسائل رکھنے والے امیدوار درخواست دے سکتے ہیں۔ یہ درخواست دہندگان کے پول کو صوبے کے رہائشیوں تک محدود کرتا ہے، جو صوبائی حکومتی ملازمت کی پالیسیوں کے مطابق ہے۔
9. یونیورسٹی کی صوابدید: یونیورسٹی کو بغیر کسی نوٹس کے آسامیوں کی تعداد میں اضافہ یا کمی کرنے کا حق محفوظ ہے۔ یہ یونیورسٹی کو اپنے بھرتی کے عمل میں لچک فراہم کرتا ہے۔
10. عوامی شعبے کے ملازمین کے لیے مناسب چینل: عوامی شعبے کی تنظیموں/محکموں میں کام کرنے والے درخواست دہندگان کو مناسب چینل کے ذریعے درخواست دینی ہوگی۔ یہ سرکاری ملازمین کے لیے قائم کردہ پروٹوکولز کی پابندی کو یقینی بناتا ہے۔

درخواست کیسے دیں: دو مرحلہ عمل

یو ایچ ایس لاہور کے عہدوں کے لیے درخواست کا عمل دو الگ الگ مراحل پر مشتمل ہے: آن لائن جمع کرانا اور دستی جمع کرانا۔

مرحلہ 1: آن لائن جمع کرانا

1. آن لائن فارم تک رسائی: امیدوار یو ایچ ایس کی ویب سائٹ: http://forms.uhs.edu.pk/jobs پر دستیاب آن لائن فارم پُر کرے گا۔
2. فارم کو احتیاط سے پُر کرنا: درخواست دہندہ کو فارم کو احتیاط سے پُر کرنا چاہیے، تمام ذاتی معلومات، تعلیمی معلومات، تجربہ وغیرہ مکمل کرنا چاہیے۔ ایک بار جب فارم جمع ہو جائے تو امیدوار اسے ایڈٹ نہیں کر سکے گا۔ یہ ابتدائی مرحلے پر درستگی اور مکمل ہونے کی اہمیت پر زور دیتا ہے۔
3. ڈاؤن لوڈ اور پرنٹ: امیدوار کو “DOWNLOAD AND PRINT” بٹن پر کلک کر کے آن لائن پُر کیے گئے فارم کا پرنٹ لینا چاہیے۔ اگر اس وقت ڈاؤن لوڈ اور پرنٹ کرنے کی سہولت دستیاب نہیں ہے، تو امیدوار کسی بھی وقت “SEARCH” بٹن پر کلک کر کے اپنا فارم تک رسائی حاصل کر سکتا ہے۔ یہ یقینی بناتا ہے کہ درخواست دہندگان کے پاس اپنی آن لائن جمع کرانے کا ریکارڈ موجود ہے۔

مرحلہ 2: دستی جمع کرانا (فیس کی ادائیگی کے ساتھ)

1. فیس کی ادائیگی: امیدوار “fms.uhs.edu.pk” پر 1Link کے ذریعے یا بینک آف پنجاب (BOP) کی کسی بھی برانچ سے دستیاب بینک چالان کے ذریعے مقررہ فیس ادا کر سکتا ہے۔ درخواست دہندہ اپنا بینک چالان اپنی درخواست فارم کے ساتھ منسلک کرے گا۔
   • فیس کا ڈھانچہ:
     • BPS-12 سے BPS-16 = 500 روپے
     • BPS-17 اور اس سے اوپر = 2000 روپے
2. دستی جمع کرانے کے لیے مطلوبہ دستاویزات: پُر کیے گئے آن لائن فارم کا پرنٹ آؤٹ، سرٹیفکیٹس، ٹیسٹیمونیلز، CNIC، ڈومیسائل، اور پاسپورٹ سائز رنگین تصاویر کی تصدیق شدہ کاپیوں کے ساتھ، اور اصل بینک چالان (ادا شدہ پروسیسنگ فیس) جمع کرانا ضروری ہے۔
3. جمع کرانے کا پتہ اور آخری تاریخ: یہ تمام دستاویزات ڈپٹی رجسٹرار (HR) کے دفتر، کمرہ نمبر 12، یونیورسٹی آف ہیلتھ سائنسز، خیابان-ای-جامع پنجاب، لاہور، کو پوسٹ کے ذریعے یا ڈائری و ڈسپیچ سیکشن، یونیورسٹی آف ہیلتھ سائنسز، لاہور میں ہاتھ سے جمع کرانے کے ذریعے 12.06.2025 کو یا اس سے پہلے دفتری اوقات کے دوران پہنچ جانے چاہئیں۔
   • درخواست جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ 12 جون 2025 ہے۔
