Mandatory Application Requirements
- Plot Application: Submit a fresh online application. A hardcopy (signed and stamped) must follow, including a non-refundable processing fee of PKR 15,000/-.
- Project Feasibility: A detailed Feasibility Study or Business Plan is required, which must be signed and stamped by a registered Chartered Accountant or Business Consultant.
- Advance Deposit: The specified down payment must be submitted via Bank Demand Draft / Pay Order in favor of “Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development and Management Company.”
- Undertaking: A notarized undertaking on stamp paper confirming that construction will begin within 6 months and business operations within 2 years of allotment.
