Detailed Eligibility Criteria & Sector Requirements

1. Procurement Specialist

  • Academic Threshold: 16 Years Master’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration (MBA), or a closely relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Experience Record: At least 10 years of active, verifiable experience managing large-scale public or corporate procurement portfolios, tendering processes, and supply chain frameworks.

2. Legal Specialist

  • Academic Threshold: 16 Years Master’s or equivalent higher qualification in Law (i.e., LLB / LLM) from a reputable university recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
  • Experience Record: Minimum of 10 years of professional standing in legal counseling, statutory drafting, contract management, or constitutional law frameworks within reputable organizations or public setups.

3. Population Specialist

  • Academic Threshold: 16 Years Master’s or equivalent degree (or higher qualification) in Demography, Population Studies, Public Health, Health Policy Development Economics, or Social Policy.
  • Experience Record: At least 10 years of specialized experience conducting demographical mapping, population dynamics research, or formulating national socio-economic welfare policies.

4. Health Specialist

  • Academic Threshold: 16 Years Master’s or equivalent degree (or higher qualification) in Public Health, Health Policy, Epidemiology, Health Economics, or Health Management.
  • Experience Record: Minimum of 10 years of core healthcare sector experience, specializing in healthcare system planning, epidemic monitoring, or primary health resource management.

5. Multi-Sectoral Results Tracking Specialist

  • Academic Threshold: 16 Years Master’s or equivalent degree in Economics, Public Health, or any core STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) field.
  • Experience Record: At least 10 years of field experience tracking multi-sector project outcomes, designing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and carrying out empirical research.

6. Data & Monitoring Systems Specialist

  • Academic Threshold: 16 Years Master’s or equivalent degree in Public Health, Demography, International Development, Education, Data Science, or a highly related quantitative or statistical field.
  • Experience Record: Minimum of 10 years of practical experience building relational databases, implementing automated monitoring and evaluation (M&E) toolsets, and managing large statistical data streams.

General Rules, Terms & Conditions

  • Age Limit: The maximum upper age boundary for all candidates applying for these sector specialist posts is 62 years.
