Detailed Eligibility Criteria & Sector Requirements
1. Procurement Specialist
- Academic Threshold: 16 Years Master’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration (MBA), or a closely relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience Record: At least 10 years of active, verifiable experience managing large-scale public or corporate procurement portfolios, tendering processes, and supply chain frameworks.
2. Legal Specialist
- Academic Threshold: 16 Years Master’s or equivalent higher qualification in Law (i.e., LLB / LLM) from a reputable university recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
- Experience Record: Minimum of 10 years of professional standing in legal counseling, statutory drafting, contract management, or constitutional law frameworks within reputable organizations or public setups.
3. Population Specialist
- Academic Threshold: 16 Years Master’s or equivalent degree (or higher qualification) in Demography, Population Studies, Public Health, Health Policy Development Economics, or Social Policy.
- Experience Record: At least 10 years of specialized experience conducting demographical mapping, population dynamics research, or formulating national socio-economic welfare policies.
4. Health Specialist
- Academic Threshold: 16 Years Master’s or equivalent degree (or higher qualification) in Public Health, Health Policy, Epidemiology, Health Economics, or Health Management.

- Experience Record: Minimum of 10 years of practical experience building relational databases, implementing automated monitoring and evaluation (M&E) toolsets, and managing large statistical data streams.
General Rules, Terms & Conditions
- Age Limit: The maximum upper age boundary for all candidates applying for these sector specialist posts is 62 years.
