  1. Front Desk Receptionist
  • Job Description: Responsible for greeting guests, checking them in and out, managing reservations, and providing information about the hotel’s services.
  • Qualifications: Strong communication skills, proficiency in English and Arabic preferred, experience in customer service.
  1. Housekeeping Attendant
  • Job Description: Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, follow cleaning protocols, and report maintenance issues.
  • Qualifications: Attention to detail, ability to work independently, previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
  1. Duty Manager
  • Job Description: Oversee daily operations, manage staff schedules, handle guest complaints, and ensure high standards of service.
  • Qualifications: Previous management experience in hospitality, excellent leadership skills.
  1. Guest Service Officer
  • Job Description: Assist guests with inquiries and requests, provide information about local attractions, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Qualifications: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, experience in a similar role preferred.
  1. Waiter/Waitress

    • Job Description: Assist guests with luggage and provide information about hotel services and amenities.

  2. Coffee Shop Attendant
    • Job Description: Prepare coffee beverages and snacks for guests while maintaining cleanliness in the coffee shop area.
    • Qualifications: Experience in food service or barista training preferred.
  3. Security Officer
    • Job Description: Monitor hotel premises for safety and security; respond to emergencies as needed.
    • Qualifications: Previous security experience is an advantage.
  4. Maintenance Technician
