Position Overview
The Planning and Development Board of Punjab is seeking dedicated and qualified individuals to fill various positions as part of its ongoing initiatives. Our mission is to foster sustainable development and enhance the quality of life for the citizens of Punjab through effective planning and implementation of projects. We invite applications from motivated candidates who meet the specified criteria for the following positions:
Available Positions
- Receptionist
- Responsibilities: Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle phone calls, and maintain office records.
- Qualifications: Minimum Matriculation; excellent communication skills; proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Driver
- Responsibilities: Safely transport staff and materials; maintain vehicle cleanliness and functionality.
- Qualifications: Valid driving license; knowledge of traffic regulations; minimum Matriculation.
- Chowkidar (Security Guard)
- Responsibilities: Ensure the security of premises; monitor entry and exit points; report any suspicious activities.
- Qualifications: Minimum Middle education; physical fitness; previous experience in security is preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Candidates must possess relevant educational qualifications ranging from Middle to Graduation depending on the position applied for.
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience is required for certain positions.
- Age Limit: Applicants should be between 21 to 50 years old.

- ڈرائیور
- ذمہ داریاں: عملے اور مواد کو محفوظ طریقے سے منتقل کرنا؛ گاڑی کی صفائی اور فعالیت کو برقرار رکھنا۔
- اہلیت: درست ڈرائیونگ لائسنس؛ ٹریفک کے قوانین کا علم؛ کم از کم میٹرک۔
- چوکیدار (سیکیورٹی گارڈ)
- ذمہ داریاں: عمارت کی سیکیورٹی کو یقینی بنانا؛ داخلہ اور اخراج کے مقامات کی نگرانی کرنا؛ مشکوک سرگرمیوں کی رپورٹ کرنا۔
- اہلیت: کم از کم مڈل تعلیم؛ جسمانی فٹنس؛ سیکیورٹی میں پچھلا تجربہ ترجیحی ہے۔
اہلیت کے معیار
- تعلیم: امیدواروں کے پاس عہدے کے لحاظ سے متعلقہ تعلیمی قابلیت ہونی چاہیے جو مڈل سے گریجویشن تک ہو۔
- تجربہ: کچھ عہدوں کے لیے کم از کم 3 سال کا متعلقہ تجربہ درکار ہے۔
- عمر کی حد: درخواست دہندگان کی عمر 21 سے 50 سال کے درمیان ہونی چاہیے۔

- عہدے کے لیے ڈرائیور اور چوکیدار، درخواست دہندگان کو اپنے تفصیلی سی وی کے ساتھ تعلیمی اسناد، تجربے کے سرٹیفکیٹ، شناختی کارڈ، رہائشی سرٹیفکیٹ، اور حالیہ تصاویر کی تصدیق شدہ کاپی بھیجنی ہوگی: پلاننگ اینڈ ڈویلپمنٹ بورڈ، لاہور
اہم تاریخیں
- درخواست دینے کی آخری تاریخ: ستمبر 30، 2024
- نامکمل درخواستیں یا وہ درخواستیں جو مقررہ تاریخ کے بعد موصول ہوں گی، پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔ صرف اہل امیدواروں کو انٹرویو کے لیے مدعو کیا جائے گا۔
