This initiative aims to provide essential medical services to Hujjaj (pilgrims) during their pilgrimage to the holy cities of Makkah and Madinah. We invite qualified healthcare professionals to apply for various positions within the Hajj Medical Mission.
Overview of the Hajj Medical Mission
The Hajj Medical Mission is a vital component of the government’s efforts to ensure the health and well-being of pilgrims during Hajj. With over two million pilgrims expected to participate in this spiritual journey, the mission will play a crucial role in providing healthcare services, managing medical emergencies, and ensuring that all Hujjaj receive appropriate medical attention.

We are looking for dedicated and experienced individuals for the following positions:
- Medical Officers
- Nurses
- Paramedics

Key Responsibilities
1. Medical Officers
- Provide primary medical care to Hujjaj.
- Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries.
- Coordinate with local hospitals for referrals when necessary.
- Maintain medical records and report on health issues among pilgrims.
2. Nurses
- Assist in providing nursing care to patients.
- Monitor vital signs and administer medications as prescribed.
- Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Support medical officers in emergency situations.
3. Paramedics
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care.
- Assist in transporting patients to medical facilities when needed.
- Conduct basic life support (BLS) procedures.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies.
4. Pharmacists
- Dispense medications as per prescriptions.
- Counsel patients on medication usage and potential side effects.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective medication management.
- Maintain accurate records of pharmaceutical supplies.
5. Laboratory Technicians
- Perform laboratory tests and analyses on samples collected from patients.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of laboratory specimens.
- Report test results promptly to the medical team.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure cleanliness.
6. Health Educators
- Provide health education sessions for Hujjaj on various topics including hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention.
- Develop educational materials tailored for pilgrims.
- Assess the health education needs of the community and adjust programs accordingly.
Required Qualifications
Candidates applying for these positions must meet the following criteria:
- Medical Officers: MBBS degree from an HEC-recognized institution with a valid PMDC registration; at least 2 years of clinical experience.
- Nurses: Diploma in Nursing or BSN from an accredited institution; valid nursing license; at least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Paramedics: Diploma in Paramedic Sciences; certification in BLS; experience in emergency medical services is preferred.
- Pharmacists: Pharm.D or B.Pharm degree from an HEC-recognized institution; valid pharmacy license; experience in hospital pharmacy is an advantage.
- Laboratory Technicians: Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology; experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred.
- Health Educators: Degree in Public Health or related field; experience in health education or community outreach programs is preferred.
Application Process
Interested candidates should submit their applications online through the National Testing Service (NTS) portal by February 9, 2025. The application must include:

NTS Test
Candidates will be required to take an NTS test as part of the selection process. The test will assess candidates’ knowledge relevant to their field and their ability to perform under pressure.

- بنیادی زندگی کی حمایت (BLS) کے طریقے انجام دینا۔

4. فارماسسٹ
- نسخوں کے مطابق ادویات فراہم کرنا۔

5. لیبارٹری ٹیکنیشنز
- مریضوں سے جمع کردہ نمونوں پر لیبارٹری ٹیسٹ اور تجزیے کرنا۔
- لیبارٹری نمونوں کی مناسب ہینڈلنگ اور اسٹوریج کو یقینی بنانا۔
- ٹیسٹ کے نتائج فوری طور پر طبی ٹیم کو رپورٹ کرنا۔
- لیبارٹری کے آلات کی دیکھ بھال اور صفائی کو یقینی بنانا۔
6. صحت کے Educators
- مختلف موضوعات پر حجاج کے لیے صحت کی تعلیم سیشن فراہم کرنا جیسے صفائی، غذائیت، اور بیماری کی روک تھام۔
- حجاج کے لیے مخصوص تعلیمی مواد تیار کرنا۔
- کمیونٹی کی صحت کی تعلیم کی ضروریات کا اندازہ لگانا اور پروگرامز کو ایڈجسٹ کرنا۔
درکار اہلیت
ان عہدوں کے لیے درخواست دینے والے امیدواروں کو درج ذیل معیار پر پورا اترنا چاہیے:
- طبی افسران: MBBS ڈگری کسی HEC تسلیم شدہ ادارے سے؛ کم از کم 2 سال کلینکل تجربہ۔
- نرسیں: نرسنگ میں ڈپلومہ یا BSN؛ درست نرسنگ لائسنس؛ کلینکل سیٹنگ میں کم از کم 1 سال کا تجربہ۔
- پیرا میڈکس: پیرا میڈک سائنسز میں ڈپلومہ؛ BLS میں سرٹیفیکیشن؛ ہنگامی طبی خدمات میں تجربہ ترجیحی ہے۔
- فارماسسٹ: کسی HEC تسلیم شدہ ادارے سے Pharm.D یا B.Pharm ڈگری؛ درست فارمیسی لائسنس؛ ہسپتال فارمیسی میں تجربہ ایک فائدہ ہے۔
- لیبارٹری ٹیکنیشنز: میڈیکل لیبارٹری ٹیکنالوجی میں ڈپلومہ یا ڈگری؛ کلینکل لیبارٹری سیٹنگ میں تجربہ ترجیحی ہے۔
- صحت کے Educators: عوامی صحت یا متعلقہ شعبے میں ڈگری؛ صحت کی تعلیم یا کمیونٹی آؤٹ ریچ پروگرامز میں تجربہ ترجیحی ہے۔
درخواست دینے کا طریقہ
دلچسپی رکھنے والے امیدواروں کو قومی ٹیسٹنگ سروس (NTS) پورٹل پر اپنی درخواستیں آن لائن جمع کرانے کی ترغیب دی جاتی ہے۔ درخواستیں شامل ہوں گی:

- تجربے کے سرٹیفکیٹس
- شناختی کارڈ (کمپیوٹرائزڈ قومی شناختی کارڈ)

NTS ٹیسٹ
