Position Details
1. Electrician
Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement electrical systems for new projects.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance or construction.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices.
- Proficiency in both English and Urdu; knowledge of Balochi is a plus.
- Ability to work in remote locations and adapt to challenging environments.
2. Communication Officer
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
- Manage internal and external communications, including media relations.
- Prepare press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
- Organize community engagement activities and represent the company at public events.
- Monitor media coverage and analyze public sentiment regarding the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a communications role, preferably in the mining or industrial sector.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Urdu; knowledge of Balochi is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
3. Control Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain control systems for mining operations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient operation of equipment and processes.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.
- Troubleshoot control system issues and provide technical support to operations staff.
- Prepare documentation for control systems including specifications, drawings, and manuals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Control Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in control engineering or automation roles within the mining industry.
- Strong understanding of control systems design principles and practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages relevant to control systems (e.g., PLC programming).
- Fluency in English and Urdu; knowledge of Balochi is an advantage.
