General Terms and Conditions:
- The ETEA test for recruitment will be conducted in stages, and the methodology will be at the discretion of ETEA.
- Separate merit lists will be prepared at the district level for each position, combining ETEA test scores and academic qualification marks.
- Candidates must secure a minimum of 50% passing marks in the ETEA test to be considered for merit.
- Conversion of CGPA to percentage is mandatory; CGPA itself will not be considered. A certified transcript verifying the percentage conversion from CGPA must be provided.
- Quotas are allocated for disabled persons (2%), minorities (5%), and transgender individuals (0.5%). Disabled candidates must provide a Disability Certificate from a standing Medical Board, certifying that their disability does not impede their ability to perform teaching duties. Transgender candidates must be registered with the relevant department (Zakat, Ushr, Social Welfare, Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) by the application deadline (March 17, 2025), and must submit the relevant certificate.
- Original educational documents and original CNIC must be presented at the time of document verification.
- If the government modifies the recruitment procedure after this advertisement, ETEA will be bound to implement the revised procedure as per government-approved rules.
- All appointments will be purely merit-based, as per the rules and regulations set by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- Only educational credentials from government-recognized institutions will be accepted.
- If any educational or professional certificates of a candidate are found to be fake at any stage of recruitment or after appointment, legal action will be taken against them, and they will be deemed ineligible for government service in the future.
- Incomplete application forms will be rejected automatically.
- No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.
- Selected candidates must serve in their initial school for five years, which will be non-transferable.

- Candidates who qualify on merit will have their credentials verified by the relevant authorities.
- Age will be calculated as of the closing date of applications (March 17, 2025), with age relaxation as per the initial appointment rules for civil posts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 2008.
- No marks will be awarded for extra degrees beyond the required qualifications.
- Degrees from private universities must be attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
- For AT and TT positions, Shahadatul Alamiya is considered equivalent to an MA degree for marks allocation. For other positions, no marks will be awarded for Shahadatul Alamiya.
- Upon appointment, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servants Act 1973 (amended) will apply.
- All appointments will be made based on the domicile of the respective districts. The domicile must be of the related district, except for Primary School Teachers where appointments will be as per Section 3 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Elementary and Secondary Education, Appointment, Posting and Transfer of Teachers, Head Teachers, Instructors and Doctors Regulatory Act 2011.
- No changes in domicile or CNIC permanent address will be accepted after March 17, 2025. Applications, documents, and educational credentials received after March 17, 2025, will not be considered.

عمومی شرائط و ضوابط:
- بھرتی کے لیے ETEA ٹیسٹ مرحلہ وار منعقد کیا جائے گا، اور طریقہ کار صرف ETEA کی صوابدید پر ہوگا۔
