Minimum Qualification Requirements:

• For Clinical Technician Positions (Pharmacy, Surgical, Anesthesia, Pathology, Dental, Cardiology, Radiology):
  • Education: Matriculation (Secondary School Certificate) with Science subjects in the 2nd Division.
  • Diploma: Two-year Diploma in the relevant Medical Technology field from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Faculty Peshawar OR any other recognized Faculty/Board.
• For PHC Technician MCH Position:
  • Education: Matriculation (Secondary School Certificate) with Science subjects in the 2nd Division.
  • Diploma: Two-year LHV (Lady Health Visitor) & Midwifery Diploma from the Nursing Examination Board.
• For Midwife Position:
  • Education: Matriculation (Secondary School Certificate) with Science subjects in the 2nd Division.
  • Diploma: Diploma in Midwifery from the Nursing Board.

Age Limit for All Positions: 18 – 32 Years (Age relaxation will be admissible as per existing Government Rules).

Terms and Conditions – Your Path to a Successful Application:

1. ETEA Screening Test is Mandatory: All candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) Screening Test. However, a detailed scrutiny of applications will be carried out by the Appointing Authority after the test.
2. Ineligibility Disqualification: If any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, they will be immediately disqualified by the Appointing Authority. It is crucial to carefully review the eligibility criteria before applying.
3. ETEA Profile and CNIC Verification: All candidates are required to create a profile on the ETEA website (www.etea.edu.pk). Before applying and depositing the fee for any post, candidates must print an E-Sahulat Token from the ETEA website and get their Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) number verified from any NADRA (National Database and Registration Authority) Franchise. Applications without CNIC verification will not be accepted. This is a vital step to ensure your application is processed correctly.
4. Interview Call Letters for Shortlisted Candidates: Interview call letters will only be issued to candidates who are shortlisted based on their ETEA test scores and fulfillment of other criteria. Please ensure your contact information on your ETEA profile is accurate and up-to-date.
5. Screening Based on ETEA Test: The initial screening of candidates will be based solely on the test conducted by ETEA. Your performance in the ETEA test is the primary factor in determining your eligibility for the next stages of the selection process.
6. Eligibility by Last Date: Candidates must be eligible in all respects (qualification, age, domicile, etc.) by the last date for receipt of applications, which is March 10th, 2025. Applications from candidates who become eligible after this date will not be considered.
7. Age Relaxation: Relaxation of the upper age limit will be admissible as per existing Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government Rules. Please refer to government notifications for detailed age relaxation policies.
8. Government/Semi-Government Employees: Candidates currently working in Government or Semi-Government bodies must apply through the proper channel, obtaining a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer. Applications without proper channel documentation may be rejected.
9. Separate Applications for Multiple Posts: Candidates intending to apply for more than one post must apply separately for each post, submitting a separate application form and application fee for each position.
10. Incomplete/Late Applications Will Be Rejected: Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date (March 10th, 2025) will not be entertained under any circumstances. Please ensure you submit a complete application well before the deadline.
11. Authority to Cancel/Reject: The Competent Authority reserves the absolute right to cancel or reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever. The decision of the Competent Authority will be final in all matters related to recruitment.
12. Vacancy Increase/Decrease: The number of vacancies advertised is subject to change and can be increased or decreased at the discretion of the Competent Authority based on organizational needs and government policy.
13. Document Submission by Shortlisted Candidates: Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit all relevant documents in duly attested copies to the undersigned authority immediately upon being shortlisted. Failure to submit documents promptly may result in the cancellation of candidature.
14. Original Documents for Interview: Shortlisted candidates must bring their original documents along with their Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) for the interview. Verification of original documents is a mandatory step in the interview process.
15. Document Verification from Boards/Faculties: All relevant documents of the selected candidates will undergo thorough verification from the concerned Boards and Faculties before processing cases for salary disbursement and final appointment.
16. Consequences of Fake Documents: In case of submission of fake or forged documents, not only will the appointment order be cancelled, but the individuals concerned will also be proceeded against under the prevailing government rules and regulations. Submitting fraudulent documents is a serious offense with severe consequences.
17. Reserved Quotas: Reserved quotas will be allocated as per government policy: 10% for Female candidates, 2% for Disabled candidates, and 5% for Minorities sects. Eligible candidates from these categories are strongly encouraged to apply.
18. Foreign Degree/Diploma Equivalency: In case of Foreign Degrees or Diplomas, equivalent certificates from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan, or other relevant accreditation bodies, are mandatory. Candidates with foreign qualifications must provide proof of equivalency.

2. Online Application Submission: Apply for the desired post(s) online through the ETEA website. Ensure you fill all fields of the online application form accurately and completely.
3. Generate Deposit Slip: After successful online application submission, the system will generate a prescribed online deposit slip. This slip will contain a unique Token Number, Project Code, and your personal information.
4. Print and Fee Deposit: Take a printout of the generated deposit slip. Deposit the prescribed, non-refundable Test Fee through Easy-paisa App or Agent, Jazz Cash App, OR at any branch of UBL (United Bank Limited) OR via UBL Omni Agent. Keep the payment receipt safe.
5. Retain Original Deposit Slip (Candidate Copy): After successful fee submission, carefully keep the original deposit slip (candidate’s copy) which will have the bank’s official stamp. Do not share this original deposit slip with anyone. This slip is your proof of payment and may be required for verification.
6. Do Not Send Documents to ETEA Initially: Do not send any documents or testimonials to the ETEA office at this stage. Copies of testimonials and documents will only be required from candidates who successfully qualify the screening test and will be requested by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes at a later stage.
7. Online Application Availability: The online application form will be available on the ETEA website: www.etea.edu.pk starting from February 20th, 2025.
8. Application Deadline: The last date for online application submission is March 10th, 2025. Please submit your application well before the deadline to avoid any last-minute technical issues.
9. Roll Number Slip Download via SMS and ETEA Website: Candidates will be informed via SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll Number slips from the ETEA website: www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are required to provide a valid and active mobile number in their application.

   • دندان سازی کے طریقہ کار اور مریضوں کی دیکھ بھال کے دوران تکنیکی معاونت فراہم کرکے ہمارے ڈینٹل ڈیپارٹمنٹ کو سپورٹ کریں۔ آپ ہمارے دانتوں کے ڈاکٹروں کے ساتھ کام کریں گے، کمیونٹی کو ضروری دانتوں کی خدمات فراہم کرنے اور منہ کی صحت کو فروغ دینے میں مدد کریں گے۔
6. کلینیکل ٹیکنیشن کارڈیالوجی (BPS-12): 1 آسامی
   • ہماری کارڈیالوجی ٹیم میں شامل ہوں اور دل کے امراض کی تشخیص اور علاج میں مدد کریں۔ آپ جدید کارڈیئک آلات اور تجربہ کار کارڈیالوجسٹس کے ساتھ کام کریں گے، صحت کی دیکھ بھال کے ایک اہم شعبے میں خصوصی مہارت حاصل کریں گے۔

   • زچہ و بچہ صحت کے شعبے میں ضروری صحت کی دیکھ بھال کی خدمات فراہم کرکے ماؤں اور بچوں کی فلاح و بہبود پر توجہ دیں۔ آپ قبل از پیدائش، بعد از پیدائش، اور بچوں کی دیکھ بھال کی خدمات فراہم کرنے میں براہ راست شامل ہوں گے، ہماری کمیونٹی میں خاندانوں کی صحت پر نمایاں اثر ڈالیں گے۔
9. مڈوائف (BPS-07): 1 آسامی
   • حمل، زچگی اور ترسیل کے دوران حاملہ ماؤں کو ہمدردانہ اور ہنر مندانہ دیکھ بھال فراہم کریں۔ ایک مڈوائف کے طور پر، آپ زندگی کے اس اہم واقعے کے دوران خواتین کی مدد کرنے میں ایک مرکزی شخصیت ہوں گی، اور محفوظ اور صحت مند بچے کی پیدائش کے تجربات کو یقینی بنائیں گی۔

کم از کم تعلیمی قابلیت کے تقاضے:

  • ڈپلومہ: خیبر پختونخوا میڈیکل فیکلٹی پشاور یا کسی بھی تسلیم شدہ فیکلٹی/بورڈ سے متعلقہ میڈیکل ٹیکنالوجی کے شعبے میں دو سالہ ڈپلومہ۔
• پی ایچ سی ٹیکنیشن ایم سی ایچ آسامی کے لیے:
  • تعلیم: میٹرک (سیکنڈری سکول سرٹیفکیٹ) سائنس مضامین کے ساتھ سیکنڈ ڈویژن میں۔
  • ڈپلومہ: نرسنگ ایگزامینیشن بورڈ سے دو سالہ ایل ایچ وی (لیڈی ہیلتھ وزیٹر) اور مڈوائفری ڈپلومہ۔
• مڈوائف آسامی کے لیے:

شرائط و ضوابط – آپ کی کامیاب درخواست کے لیے راستہ:

1. ETEA اسکریننگ ٹیسٹ لازمی ہے: تمام امیدواروں کو ایجوکیشنل ٹیسٹنگ اینڈ ایویلیوایشن ایجنسی (ETEA) اسکریننگ ٹیسٹ میں عارضی طور پر شرکت کرنے کی اجازت ہوگی۔ تاہم، ٹیسٹ کے بعد تقرری کرنے والے ادارے کی جانب سے درخواستوں کی تفصیلی جانچ پڑتال کی جائے گی۔
2. نااہلیت کی صورت میں نااہلی: اگر کوئی امیدوار بھرتی کے عمل کے کسی بھی مرحلے پر کسی بھی لحاظ سے نااہل پایا جاتا ہے تو اسے فوری طور پر تقرری کرنے والے ادارے کی جانب سے نااہل قرار دے دیا جائے گا۔ درخواست دینے سے پہلے اہلیت کے معیار کا بغور جائزہ لینا بہت ضروری ہے۔
3. ETEA پروفائل اور شناختی کارڈ کی تصدیق: تمام امیدواروں کو ضروری ہے کہ وہ ETEA ویب سائٹ (www.etea.edu.pk) پر ایک پروفائل بنائیں۔ درخواست دینے اور کسی بھی آسامی کے لیے فیس جمع کروانے سے پہلے، امیدواروں کو ETEA ویب سائٹ سے ایک ای سہولت ٹوکن پرنٹ کروانا لازمی ہے اور اپنا کمپیوٹرائزڈ نیشنل آئیڈینٹی کارڈ (CNIC) نمبر کسی بھی نادرا (نیشنل ڈیٹا بیس اینڈ رجسٹریشن اتھارٹی) فرنچائز سے تصدیق کروانا ہوگا۔ شناختی کارڈ کی تصدیق کے بغیر درخواستیں قبول نہیں کی جائیں گی۔ یہ آپ کی درخواست کی درست طریقے سے کارروائی کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے ایک اہم قدم ہے۔
4. شارٹ لسٹ امیدواروں کے لیے انٹرویو کال لیٹرز: انٹرویو کال لیٹرز صرف ان امیدواروں کو جاری کیے جائیں گے جو اپنے ETEA ٹیسٹ اسکورز اور دیگر معیارات کی تکمیل کی بنیاد پر شارٹ لسٹ ہوں گے۔ براہ کرم یقینی بنائیں کہ آپ کی ETEA پروفائل پر رابطے کی معلومات درست اور تازہ ترین ہیں۔
5. ETEA ٹیسٹ پر مبنی اسکریننگ: امیدواروں کی ابتدائی اسکریننگ صرف ETEA کے ذریعے لیے جانے والے ٹیسٹ پر مبنی ہوگی۔ ETEA ٹیسٹ میں آپ کی کارکردگی انتخاب کے عمل کے اگلے مراحل کے لیے آپ کی اہلیت کا تعین کرنے میں بنیادی عنصر ہے۔
6. آخری تاریخ تک اہلیت: امیدواروں کو درخواستوں کی وصولی کی آخری تاریخ یعنی 10 مارچ 2025 تک ہر لحاظ سے (قابلیت، عمر، ڈومیسائل وغیرہ) اہل ہونا ضروری ہے۔ اس تاریخ کے بعد اہل ہونے والے امیدواروں کی درخواستوں پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
7. عمر میں رعایت: اوپری عمر کی حد میں رعایت موجودہ خیبر پختونخوا حکومت کے قواعد کے مطابق قابل قبول ہوگی۔ عمر میں رعایت کی تفصیلی پالیسیوں کے لیے براہ کرم سرکاری نوٹیفیکیشنز سے رجوع کریں۔
8. سرکاری/نیم سرکاری ملازمین: سرکاری یا نیم سرکاری اداروں میں فی الحال کام کرنے والے امیدواروں کو لازمی مناسب چینل کے ذریعے درخواست دینی ہوگی، اور اپنے موجودہ آجر سے نو آبجیکشن سرٹیفکیٹ (NOC) حاصل کرنا ہوگا۔ مناسب چینل کی دستاویزات کے بغیر درخواستیں مسترد کی جا سکتی ہیں۔
9. ایک سے زائد آسامیوں کے لیے الگ درخواستیں: ایک سے زائد آسامیوں کے لیے درخواست دینے کے خواہشمند امیدواروں کو لازمی ہے کہ وہ ہر آسامی کے لیے الگ سے درخواست دیں، اور ہر آسامی کے لیے ایک الگ درخواست فارم اور درخواست فیس جمع کروائیں۔
10. نامکمل/تاخیر سے موصول ہونے والی درخواستیں مسترد کر دی جائیں گی: نامکمل درخواستیں یا آخری تاریخ (10 مارچ 2025) کے بعد موصول ہونے والی درخواستوں پر کسی بھی صورت میں غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔ براہ کرم یقینی بنائیں کہ آپ آخری تاریخ سے پہلے ہی مکمل درخواست جمع کرائیں۔
11. منسوخ کرنے/مسترد کرنے کا اختیار: مجاز اتھارٹی کسی بھی درخواست کو کسی بھی وجہ کے بغیر منسوخ یا مسترد کرنے کا مکمل حق محفوظ رکھتی ہے۔ بھرتی سے متعلق تمام معاملات میں مجاز اتھارٹی کا فیصلہ حتمی ہوگا۔
12. آسامیوں میں کمی/اضافہ: مشتہر آسامیوں کی تعداد تبدیل کی جا سکتی ہے اور تنظیم کی ضروریات اور سرکاری پالیسی کی بنیاد پر مجاز اتھارٹی کی صوابدید پر کم یا زیادہ کی جا سکتی ہے۔
13. شارٹ لسٹ امیدواروں کی جانب سے دستاویزات جمع کرانا: شارٹ لسٹ کیے گئے امیدواروں کو تمام متعلقہ دستاویزات تصدیق شدہ کاپیوں میں شارٹ لسٹ ہونے کے فوراً بعد دستخط کنندہ اتھارٹی کو جمع کروانی ہوں گی۔ دستاویزات فوری طور پر جمع کرانے میں ناکامی کی صورت میں امیدوار کی منسوخی کا نتیجہ نکل سکتا ہے۔
14. انٹرویو کے لیے اصل دستاویزات: شارٹ لسٹ کیے گئے امیدواروں کو لازمی طور پر انٹرویو کے لیے اپنے کمپیوٹرائزڈ نیشنل آئیڈینٹی کارڈ (CNIC) کے ساتھ اپنی اصل دستاویزات لانی ہوں گی۔ انٹرویو کے عمل میں اصل دستاویزات کی تصدیق ایک لازمی قدم ہے۔
15. بورڈز/فیکلٹیز سے دستاویزات کی تصدیق: منتخب امیدواروں کی تمام متعلقہ دستاویزات تنخواہ کی ادائیگی اور حتمی تقرری کے لیے معاملات پر کارروائی کرنے سے پہلے متعلقہ بورڈز اور فیکلٹیز سے مکمل تصدیق سے گزریں گی۔
16. جعلی دستاویزات کے نتائج: جعلی یا جعلی دستاویزات جمع کرانے کی صورت میں، نہ صرف تقرری کا آرڈر منسوخ کر دیا جائے گا، بلکہ متعلقہ افراد کے خلاف موجودہ سرکاری قواعد و ضوابط کے تحت کارروائی بھی کی جائے گی۔ دھوکہ دہی پر مبنی دستاویزات جمع کرانا ایک سنگین جرم ہے جس کے سنگین نتائج برآمد ہوں گے۔
17. مخصوص کوٹے: مخصوص کوٹے سرکاری پالیسی کے مطابق مختص کیے جائیں گے: خواتین امیدواروں کے لیے 10%، معذور امیدواروں کے لیے 2%، اور اقلیتی فرقوں کے لیے 5%۔ ان زمروں سے تعلق رکھنے والے اہل امیدواروں کی حوصلہ افزائی کی جاتی ہے کہ وہ درخواست دیں۔
18. غیر ملکی ڈگری/ڈپلومہ کے مساوی سرٹیفکیٹ: غیر ملکی ڈگریوں یا ڈپلوموں کی صورت میں، ہائر ایجوکیشن کمیشن (HEC) آف پاکستان، یا دیگر متعلقہ تسلیم شدہ اداروں سے مساوی سرٹیفکیٹ لازمی ہیں۔ غیر ملکی قابلیت رکھنے والے امیدواروں کو مساویت کا ثبوت فراہم کرنا ہوگا۔

درخواست دینے کا طریقہ – آپ کی مرحلہ وار درخواست گائیڈ:

1. ETEA ویب سائٹ ملاحظہ کریں: خواہشمند امیدواروں کے لیے ضروری ہے کہ وہ پہلے آفیشل ETEA ویب سائٹ: www.etea.edu.pk پر جائیں اور آن لائن درخواست دینے سے پہلے تفصیلی اشتہار اور ہدایات کو بغور پڑھیں۔
2. آن لائن درخواست جمع کروائیں: ETEA ویب سائٹ کے ذریعے مطلوبہ آسامی(وں) کے لیے آن لائن درخواست دیں۔ یقینی بنائیں کہ آپ آن لائن درخواست فارم کے تمام خانوں کو درست اور مکمل طور پر پُر کریں۔
3. ڈپازٹ سلپ تیار کریں: آن لائن درخواست کامیابی سے جمع کرانے کے بعد، سسٹم ایک مقررہ آن لائن ڈپازٹ سلپ تیار کرے گا۔ اس سلپ میں ایک منفرد ٹوکن نمبر، پروجیکٹ کوڈ، اور آپ کی ذاتی معلومات ہوں گی۔
4. پرنٹ اور فیس جمع کروائیں: تیار کردہ ڈپازٹ سلپ کا پرنٹ آؤٹ لیں۔ مقررہ، ناقابل واپسی ٹیسٹ فیس Easy-paisa ایپ یا ایجنٹ، Jazz Cash ایپ، یا UBL (یونائیٹڈ بینک لمیٹڈ) کی کسی بھی برانچ یا UBL اومنی ایجنٹ کے ذریعے جمع کروائیں۔ ادائیگی کی رسید محفوظ رکھیں۔
5. اصل ڈپازٹ سلپ (امیدوار کاپی) رکھیں: فیس کامیابی سے جمع کرانے کے بعد، اصل ڈپازٹ سلپ (امیدوار کی کاپی) احتیاط سے اپنے پاس رکھیں جس پر بینک کی آفیشل مہر ہوگی۔ اس اصل ڈپازٹ سلپ کو کسی کے ساتھ شیئر نہ کریں۔ یہ سلپ آپ کی ادائیگی کا ثبوت ہے اور اسے تصدیق کے لیے درکار ہو سکتا ہے۔
6. ابتدائی طور پر ETEA دفتر میں دستاویزات نہ بھیجیں: اس مرحلے پر کوئی دستاویز یا تعریفی اسناد ETEA دفتر میں نہ بھیجیں۔ تعریفی اسناد اور دستاویزات کی کاپیاں صرف ان امیدواروں سے درکار ہوں گی جو اسکریننگ ٹیسٹ میں کامیاب ہوں گے اور بعد کے مرحلے پر جانچ پڑتال کے مقاصد کے لیے تقرری کرنے والے ادارے کی جانب سے درخواست کی جائیں گی۔
7. آن لائن درخواست کی دستیابی: آن لائن درخواست فارم ETEA ویب سائٹ: www.etea.edu.pk پر 20 فروری 2025 سے دستیاب ہوگا۔
8. درخواست کی آخری تاریخ: آن لائن درخواست جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ 10 مارچ 2025 ہے۔ براہ کرم آخری تاریخ سے پہلے ہی اپنی درخواست جمع کرائیں تاکہ آخری وقت کے کسی بھی تکنیکی مسئلے سے بچا جا سکے۔
9. رول نمبر سلپ SMS اور ETEA ویب سائٹ کے ذریعے ڈاؤن لوڈ کریں: امیدواروں کو ETEA کی جانب سے SMS کے ذریعے مطلع کیا جائے گا تاکہ وہ اپنی رول نمبر سلپس ETEA ویب سائٹ: www.etea.edu.pk سے ڈاؤن لوڈ اور پرنٹ کریں۔ امیدواروں کے لیے ضروری ہے کہ وہ اپنی درخواست میں ایک درست اور فعال موبائل نمبر فراہم کریں۔
10. رول نمبر سلپ پر ٹیسٹ کی تاریخ اور مقام: ٹیسٹ کی تاریخ، وقت اور مقام آپ کی رول نمبر سلپ پر واضح طور پر درج ہوگا۔ براہ کرم ڈاؤن لوڈ ہونے کے بعد اپنی رول نمبر سلپ کو احتیاط سے چیک کریں۔
11. پوسٹ کے ذریعے کوئی علیحدہ کال لیٹر نہیں: اسکریننگ ٹیسٹ کے لیے امیدواروں کو پوسٹل یا کوریئر سروسز کے ذریعے کوئی علیحدہ کال لیٹر جاری نہیں کیا جائے گا۔ ٹیسٹ اور بعد کے مراحل سے متعلق تمام تر معلومات SMS اور ETEA ویب سائٹ کے ذریعے دی جائیں گی۔
12. نااہل درخواستوں پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا: واضح طور پر متعین مطلوبہ معیار پر پورا نہ اترنے والے امیدواروں کی درخواستوں پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔ براہ کرم درخواست دینے سے پہلے یقینی بنائیں کہ آپ اہلیت کے تمام تقاضوں کو پورا کرتے ہیں۔
