قابلیت اور تجربہ:

• تعلیمی قابلیت:
  • ضروری: معاشیات میں بیچلر ڈگری۔ اقتصادی تھیوری، اکنومیٹرکس اور مقداری تجزیہ میں مضبوط گرفت ضروری ہے۔
  • ترجیحی: معاشیات میں ماسٹرز ڈگری کو ترجیح دی جاتی ہے۔ توانائی معاشیات، مالیاتی معاشیات، یا ترقیاتی معاشیات میں مہارت کو ایک اہم فائدہ سمجھا جائے گا۔
• پیشہ ورانہ تجربہ:
  • کم از کم تجربہ: توانائی کے شعبے میں کم از کم دو (2) سال کا متعلقہ پیشہ ورانہ تجربہ درکار ہے۔ یہ تجربہ توانائی سے متعلقہ سیاق و سباق میں اقتصادی اصولوں کا اطلاق ظاہر کرنا چاہیے۔
• عمر کی حد: اس عہدے کے لیے زیادہ سے زیادہ عمر کی حد 30 سال ہے۔

  • توانائی کے شعبے میں مارکیٹ کے اعداد و شمار، اقتصادی رجحانات، اور ریگولیٹری فریم ورکس کا تجزیہ کرنے کی صلاحیت۔
• مالی اور کاروباری مہارت:
  • مالی اصولوں، سرمایہ کاری کے تجزیے، اور پراجیکٹ فنانس کی سمجھ۔
  • مالی بیانات اور اقتصادی رپورٹس کی تشریح کرنے کی صلاحیت۔
  • تجارتی آگاہی اور توانائی کی صنعت میں کاروباری ڈرائیوروں کی سمجھ۔
• مواصلات اور پریزنٹیشن کی مہارتیں:
  • انگریزی میں بہترین تحریری اور زبانی مواصلاتی مہارتیں۔
  • پیچیدہ اقتصادی معلومات کو واضح اور جامع انداز میں مختلف سامعین کے سامنے پیش کرنے کی صلاحیت۔
  • تفصیلی اقتصادی تجزیہ اور سفارشات تیار کرنے کے لیے مضبوط رپورٹ لکھنے کی مہارتیں۔
• سافٹ ویئر اور تجزیاتی ٹولز:
  • شماریاتی سافٹ ویئر پیکجز (مثال کے طور پر، SPSS, Stata, R) اور اسپریڈشیٹ سافٹ ویئر (Excel) میں مہارت۔
  • توانائی کے شعبے سے متعلق مالی ماڈلنگ سافٹ ویئر اور ڈیٹا بیس سے واقفیت۔
• صنعت کا علم:
  • آئل اینڈ گیس ویلیو چین، مارکیٹ ڈائنامکس، اور صنعت کے کلیدی کھلاڑیوں کی سمجھ۔
  • توانائی کے شعبے میں موجودہ رجحانات اور چیلنجوں سے آگاہی، بشمول پائیدار توانائی کی منتقلی۔
