آپشن 2: وسیع تجربہ کے ساتھ صحت کی دیکھ بھال کرنے والا پیشہ ور پاتھ وے

یہ پاتھ وے فزیوتھراپی یا طب میں مضبوط طبی پس منظر کے حامل انتہائی تجربہ کار صحت کی دیکھ بھال کرنے والے پیشہ ور افراد کے لیے تیار کیا گیا ہے، جو جسمانی بحالی کے ماحول میں اہم قیادت کے تجربے کے ساتھ مل کر کام کرتے ہیں۔

• بنیادی تعلیمی قابلیت: کسی تسلیم شدہ ادارے سے درج ذیل صحت کی دیکھ بھال کے پیشوں میں سے ایک میں گریجویشن:
  • فزیوتھراپی (BSc./DPT یا مساوی)
  • میڈیکل ڈاکٹر (MBBS/MD یا مساوی)
  یہ صحت کی دیکھ بھال کرنے والی تنظیم کی قیادت کے لیے ضروری طبی اور جسمانی اصولوں کی بنیادی تفہیم کو یقینی بناتا ہے۔
• وسیع پیشہ ورانہ تجربہ: کم از کم 15 سال کا جامع پیشہ ورانہ تجربہ، جس میں BPS-20 یا مساوی پوزیشن میں کم از کم 08 سال کا تجربہ، کسی سرکاری، خود مختار، یا نیم خود مختار، جامع جسمانی بحالی مرکز میں کام کرنا شامل ہے۔ تجربے کی یہ اہم مدت جسمانی بحالی کی سہولت کے اندر ہونی چاہیے، ترجیحاً وہ جو ریڑھ کی ہڈی کی چوٹوں سے نمٹنے میں مہارت رکھتی ہو۔ یہ جامع جسمانی بحالی خدمات اور سینئر مینجمنٹ سطح پر قیادت کے تناظر میں مخصوص چیلنجوں اور ضروریات کی گہرائی سے سمجھ کا مظاہرہ کرتا ہے۔

اضافی لازمی تقاضے:

• ڈومیسائل: امیدوار کو خیبر پختونخواہ صوبے کا ڈومیسائل ہونا چاہیے، جو علاقائی قیادت اور خدمت کے لیے مرکز کے عزم کی عکاسی کرتا ہے۔
• تحقیقی اشاعتیں: جسمانی ادویات اور بحالی سے متعلق کل 10 تحقیقی اشاعتیں، جو تسلیم شدہ تحقیقی جرائد میں شائع ہوئی ہوں۔ یہ ضرورت تحقیقی فہم اور جسمانی بحالی کے شعبے میں شراکت کی اہمیت کو اجاگر کرتی ہے، جو PCP کے شواہد پر مبنی طریقوں اور شعبے میں پیشرفت کے عزم کے مطابق ہے۔
• عمر کی حد: درخواست دہندہ کی عمر 8 مارچ 2025 تک باسٹھ (62) سال سے زیادہ نہیں ہونی چاہیے۔

تقرری کی شرائط و ضوابط:

پیراپلیجک سنٹر پشاور میں چیف ایگزیکٹو آفیسر کے عہدے کے لیے تقرری درج ذیل شرائط و ضوابط کے زیر انتظام ہوگی، جو ممکنہ امیدواروں کے لیے وضاحت اور شفافیت کو یقینی بناتی ہے:

• مدت ملازمت: CEO اپنی ملازمت پر شامل ہونے کی تاریخ سے چار سال کی مدت سے زیادہ نہیں کے لیے دفتر سنبھالے گا۔ اس زیادہ سے زیادہ حد کے اندر مدت کی مخصوص مدت کا تعین بورڈ آف گورنرز کرے گا۔ یہ مدت پر مبنی تقرری وقتاً فوقتاً جائزہ لینے اور قیادت میں حرکیات کو یقینی بناتی ہے۔
• تنخواہ اور فوائد: CEO کے عہدے کے لیے معاوضہ پیکج حکومت خیبر پختونخواہ کے بیسک پے اسکیل-20 (BPS-20) کے مساوی ہے۔ یہ مسابقتی پیکیج کردار کی ذمہ داریوں اور قیادت کے مطالبات کے مطابق ہے۔ تفصیلی فوائد شارٹ لسٹ کیے گئے امیدواروں سے تبادلہ خیال کیے جائیں گے۔
• عمر کی حد: جیسا کہ پہلے کہا گیا ہے، درخواست دہندہ کی عمر 8 مارچ 2025 تک باسٹھ (62) سال سے زیادہ نہیں ہونی چاہیے۔ یہ عمر کی حد اس بات کو یقینی بناتی ہے کہ امیدواروں کے پاس اس مطالبہ کرنے والی قیادت کی پوزیشن کے لیے ضروری قوت اور پائیدار توانائی ہو۔
• نااہلی کے معیارات: سلیکشن کے عمل کی سالمیت اور PCP کے اعلیٰ معیارات کو برقرار رکھنے کے لیے، کسی بھی امیدوار کو درج ذیل حالات میں انٹرویو کے عمل سے نااہل اور/یا خارج کیا جا سکتا ہے:
  • عدالت کی طرف سے سزا یافتہ: ایسے امیدوار جن پر مجرمانہ سزا ہو جو ان کی ایمانداری یا قیادت کے کردار کے لیے موزونیت پر منفی اثر ڈالتی ہے، نااہل قرار دیے جائیں گے۔
  • سرکاری ملازمت سے برطرفی: وہ امیدوار جو پہلے کسی بھی سرکاری ملازمت کے عہدے سے بدانتظامی یا نااہلی کی وجہ سے برطرف کیے جا چکے ہیں وہ اہل نہیں ہوں گے۔
  • جان بوجھ کر جھوٹی معلومات فراہم کرنا: درخواست میں یا سلیکشن کے عمل کے دوران کوئی بھی جھوٹی یا گمراہ کن معلومات فراہم کرنے کے نتیجے میں فوری طور پر نااہلی ہو جائے گی۔ شفافیت اور ایمانداری سب سے اہم ہیں۔

5. درخواست جمع کرانے کا پتہ اور آخری تاریخ: اپنی مکمل درخواست پیکیج کو سیل بند لفافے میں جمع کرائیں، جس پر واضح طور پر “چیف ایگزیکٹو آفیسر کے عہدے کے لیے درخواست” لکھا ہو، درج ذیل پتے پر: HR ڈیپارٹمنٹپیراپلیجک سنٹر پشاورسٹریٹ نمبر 10، سیکٹر P-1، فیز-4،حیا ت آباد، پشاور درخواست جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ 8 مارچ 2025 ہے۔ اس تاریخ کے بعد موصول ہونے والی درخواستوں پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
