- کوالٹی کنٹرول: معیاری آپریٹنگ طریقہ کار پر عمل درآمد، کوالٹی کنٹرول چیک کرنا اور لیبارٹری کے آلات کی دیکھ بھال کرکے لیبارٹری ٹیسٹنگ کے معیار اور درستگی کو یقینی بنانا۔
- ریکارڈ رکھنا اور رپورٹنگ: کیے گئے ٹیسٹوں کا درست ریکارڈ رکھنا، طبی افسران کو نتائج رپورٹ کرنا اور لیبارٹری انوینٹری کا انتظام کرنا۔

- ملیریا کی تشخیص: ملیریا مائکروسکوپی کرنا (ملیریا پیراسائٹس کے لیے خون کے سمیر تیار کرنا اور جانچنا)، ملیریا کے لیے ریپڈ ڈائیگناسٹک ٹیسٹ (RDTs) کا استعمال کرنا اور ملیریا کی درست اور بروقت تشخیص کو یقینی بنانا۔
- ملیریا کیس مینجمنٹ سپورٹ: طبی افسران کو ملیریا کیسز کے انتظام میں مدد کرنا، مریضوں کو ملیریا سے بچاؤ اور علاج کے بارے میں معلومات فراہم کرنا اور کمیونٹی میں ملیریا کیسز کی پیروی کرنا۔
- ملیریا سرویلنس: ملیریا سرویلنس کی سرگرمیوں میں حصہ لینا، ملیریا کیسز پر ڈیٹا اکٹھا کرنا اور علاقے میں ملیریا کے رجحانات کی رپورٹنگ اور نگرانی میں مدد کرنا۔

- ادویات تقسیم کرنا: فارماسسٹ کی نگرانی میں نسخے کی ادویات کو درست اور محفوظ طریقے سے تقسیم کرنا، درست خوراک اور لیبلنگ کو یقینی بنانا۔
- انوینٹری مینجمنٹ: فارمیسی انوینٹری کا انتظام کرنا، ادویات اور سپلائیز آرڈر کرنا، ادویات کو مناسب طریقے سے اسٹور کرنا اور کمی اور ایکسپائریز سے بچنے کے لیے اسٹاک لیولز کی نگرانی کرنا۔
- مریض کی کونسلنگ: فارماسسٹ کی رہنمائی میں، مریضوں کو ان کی ادویات کے بارے میں بنیادی معلومات فراہم کرنا، بشمول خوراک کی ہدایات، ممکنہ ضمنی اثرات اور اسٹوریج کے تقاضے۔
- فارمیسی آپریشنز: فارمیسی کے روزمرہ کے کاموں میں مدد کرنا، تقسیم کی گئی ادویات کا ریکارڈ برقرار رکھنا اور فارمیسی کے صاف ستھرے اور منظم ماحول کو یقینی بنانا۔
اہلیت کا معیار – کیا آپ صحیح امیدوار ہیں؟

- تعلیمی قابلیت: آپ کے پاس کسی تسلیم شدہ بورڈ آف ایجوکیشن سے سائنس میں کم از کم سیکنڈ ڈویژن سیکنڈری سکول سرٹیفکیٹ (SSC) ہونا چاہیے۔ طبی تصورات اور طریقہ کار کو سمجھنے کے لیے سائنس کی یہ بنیادی تعلیم بہت ضروری ہے۔

ان عہدوں کے لیے بیان کردہ شرائط و ضوابط کا بغور جائزہ لینا بہت ضروری ہے تاکہ درخواست کے عمل کو ہموار اور شفاف بنایا جا سکے۔
- سکونت کی ترجیح: ضلع پشاور کے مقامی سکونتی امیدواروں کو ترجیح دی جائے گی۔ تاہم، اگر پشاور سے موزوں امیدوار دستیاب نہیں ہیں، تو ملحقہ اضلاع کے امیدواروں پر غور کیا جائے گا۔ یہ ترجیح مقامی بھرتی اور کمیونٹی کی نمائندگی کے لیے ہماری کمٹمنٹ کی عکاسی کرتی ہے۔

- ETEA پروفائل اور ای-سہولت کے ذریعے فیس جمع کرانا: تمام امیدواروں کے لیے ETEA ویب سائٹ (www.etea.edu.pk) پر پروفائل بنانا ضروری ہے۔ پروفائل بنانے اور کسی بھی عہدے کے لیے فیس اپلائی/جمع کرانے سے پہلے، امیدواروں کو ETEA ویب سائٹ سے ای-سہولت فرنچائز (کیوسک) فارم پرنٹ کرنا ہوگا۔ فیس کی ادائیگی مقررہ ای-سہولت فرنچائزز کے ذریعے کی جائے گی، جو ادائیگی کے ایک منظم اور قابل تصدیق عمل کو یقینی بناتا ہے۔
- شارٹ لسٹ کیے گئے امیدواروں کے لیے انٹرویو کال لیٹرز: انٹرویو کال لیٹرز صرف ان امیدواروں کو جاری کیے جائیں گے جنہیں ETEA سکریننگ ٹیسٹ میں ان کی کارکردگی اور اہلیت کے معیار کو پورا کرنے کی بنیاد پر شارٹ لسٹ کیا گیا ہے۔ شارٹ لسٹنگ سختی سے میرٹ پر مبنی ہوگی۔
- ETEA سکریننگ ٹیسٹ: امیدواروں کی سکریننگ کی بنیادی بنیاد ETEA کی جانب سے تجویز کردہ اور منعقدہ ٹیسٹ ہوگا۔ یہ معیاری ٹیسٹ امیدواروں کے علم اور قابلیت کا ایک شفاف اور معروضی انداز میں جائزہ لینا یقینی بناتا ہے۔
- آخری تاریخ تک اہلیت: امیدواروں کو آن لائن درخواستوں کی وصولی کی آخری تاریخ یعنی 20 مارچ 2025 تک ہر لحاظ سے اہل ہونا چاہیے (قابلیت، عمر، سکونت وغیرہ)۔ یقینی بنائیں کہ آپ اس آخری تاریخ تک تمام معیار پر پورا اترتے ہیں۔
- نامکمل/تاخیر سے موصول ہونے والی درخواستیں قابل قبول نہیں ہوں گی: نامکمل درخواستیں یا مقررہ تاریخ (20 مارچ 2025) کے بعد موصول ہونے والی درخواستوں پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔ درخواست کی آخری تاریخ کی سختی سے پابندی اور درخواست کا مکمل ہونا ضروری ہے۔
- عمر میں رعایت: بالائی عمر کی حد میں رعایت موجودہ سرکاری قواعد کے مطابق قابل قبول ہوگی۔ عمر میں رعایت کے اہل امیدواروں کو اپنی درخواست میں واضح طور پر اس کا اشارہ دینا چاہیے اور ضروری دستاویزات فراہم کرنی چاہیے۔
- سرکاری/نیم سرکاری ملازمین: سرکاری محکموں یا نیم سرکاری اداروں میں فی الحال کام کرنے والے امیدواروں کو مناسب چینل کے ذریعے درخواست دینا ہوگی (یعنی اپنے موجودہ آجر سے عدم اعتراض سرٹیفکیٹ – NOC کے ساتھ)۔
- متعدد عہدوں کے لیے الگ درخواست: متعدد عہدوں کے لیے درخواست دینے کے خواہشمند امیدواروں کو ہر عہدے کے لیے الگ درخواستیں جمع کرانی ہوں گی اور ہر درخواست کے لیے مطلوبہ فیس الگ سے ادا کرنی ہوگی۔
- فنانس ڈیپارٹمنٹ نوٹیفکیشن (CP فنڈ) کے مطابق تقرری: تقرریاں فنانس ڈیپارٹمنٹ نوٹیفکیشن نمبر SOSR-IVFD/2-4/2021 کابینہ مورخہ 19.08.2022 (CP فنڈ) کے مطابق کی جائیں گی۔ اس سے ممکنہ طور پر مراد یہ ہے کہ تقرریاں کنٹریکٹ پے فنڈ کے تحت کی جا رہی ہیں، یعنی یہ عہدے کنٹریکٹ پر مبنی ہو سکتے ہیں لیکن سرکاری ضوابط کے فریم ورک کے اندر۔
- عہدوں کی تعداد میں تبدیلی ممکن: ہر عہدے کے لیے مشتہر کردہ خالی آسامیوں کی تعداد مجاز اتھارٹی کی صوابدید پر بڑھائی یا کم کی جا سکتی ہے۔
- درخواستیں مسترد کرنے کا اختیار: مجاز اتھارٹی کسی بھی وجہ بتائے بغیر کسی بھی درخواست کو منسوخ یا مسترد کرنے کا حق محفوظ رکھتی ہے۔ یہ سرکاری بھرتی میں لچک کو برقرار رکھنے اور غیر متوقع حالات سے نمٹنے کے لیے ایک معیاری عمل ہے۔
- ٹیسٹ/انٹرویو کے لیے کوئی TA/DA قابل قبول نہیں: سکریننگ ٹیسٹ یا انٹرویو میں شرکت کے لیے کوئی سفری الاؤنس (TA) یا ڈیلی الاؤنس (DA) قابل قبول نہیں ہوگا۔ امیدواروں کو اپنے سفر اور رہائش کے اخراجات خود برداشت کرنے ہوں گے۔
- غلطیوں اور کوتاہیوں کی اصلاح ممکن: اشتہار میں عہدوں کی تعداد یا دیگر تفصیلات میں کوئی بھی غلطی یا کوتاہی ڈسٹرکٹ ہیلتھ آفیسر پشاور کی جانب سے درستگی سے مشروط ہے۔
- کوٹہ کا مشاہدہ: اقلیتی گروہوں، معذور افراد اور بیمار افراد کے تمام کوٹوں کا مشاہدہ موجودہ سرکاری قواعد و پالیسی کے مطابق کیا جائے گا۔ ہم مساوی مواقع کے آجر ہیں اور تمام اہل امیدواروں کی درخواستوں کی حوصلہ افزائی کرتے ہیں۔

- آن لائن درخواست جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ: آن لائن درخواست جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ 20 مارچ 2025 ہے۔ یقینی بنائیں کہ آپ اپنی درخواست جمع کرائیں اور آخری تاریخ سے پہلے فیس ادا کریں۔
