Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the college’s academic and administrative performance.
- Academic Oversight: Ensure the delivery of quality education and maintain high academic standards.
- Administrative Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the college, including financial management, human resources, and infrastructure.
- Cadet Welfare: Foster a safe and supportive environment for cadets, promoting their holistic development.
- Faculty Development: Recruit, train, and mentor faculty members to enhance their teaching and administrative skills.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, alumni, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience
To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess:
- Educational Qualification: An M.A./M.Sc. (at least 2nd Division) from a recognized university.
- Administrative/Teaching Experience: Twenty years of administrative/teaching experience in BPS-18 and above in the public sector, preferably with two years of experience in management/administration in BPS-20.
- Preference: Retired Brigadiers/Colonels or equivalents from other services are preferred.
- Age Limit: Maximum 40-58 years, which can be relaxed for candidates with Cadet College experience.

- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport1 with cadets, faculty, and stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: BPS-20 with allied college allowances.

- ترجیح: ریٹائرڈ بریگیڈیئرز/کرنلز یا دیگر خدمات کے مساوی افراد کو ترجیح دی جاتی ہے۔
