Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Degree in Law: Must possess a degree in Law from a recognized university, entitling them to practice the profession of Law.
- Experience: Minimum two years of active practice as an Advocate or Pleader. Alternatively, candidates may be Barristers of England or Ireland or members of the Faculty of Advocates of Scotland.
- Practice or Employment: Must be practicing the profession of law or be a member of the staff of the Supreme Court, High Court of Sindh, or Courts subordinate to the High Court of Sindh.
- Definition of “Practicing the Profession of Law”: Includes service as a Legal Assistant or Section Officer in the Law Department of the Government of Sindh, Assistant Attorney, Assistant Solicitor, Full-time Prosecutor, or Civil servants with at least three years of service in connection with the affairs of the province or Federation.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 32 years as of the last date for submission of applications.
- Age Relaxation:
- For Civil Servants with at least three years of service, the upper age limit is 35 years.
- For Barristers or Advocates, the period of practice at the bar (up to a maximum of three years) will be excluded from their age.
- For individuals whose government services were terminated due to lack of vacancy, the period of service rendered will be excluded from their age.

Selection Process
- Preliminary Test: Candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks in the preliminary test of MCQs to be eligible for the second written test.

- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
