- Pay Package: Without Teaching Allowance (for experience purposes only)
Terms and Conditions
- Contractual Basis: Appointments are purely contractual, as per the Contract Policy 2006 of the Government of AJK, initially for a period of 03 years (extendable).
- Vacancy Adjustment: The number of posts may be increased or decreased as per the college’s requirement.
- Compliance: Selected candidates must abide by the rules and regulations of PM&DC and the institution.
- Merit-Based Selection: All vacancies will be filled strictly on merit.
- Termination: The contract can be terminated with 30 days’ notice from either side or one month’s pay in lieu, without assigning any reason.
- Tax Deduction: Monthly salary is subject to tax deduction at source as per law.
- Age Limit: As per the PM&DC Rules/Policy.
- AJK Government Rules: For matters not specified, AJK Government rules apply.
- Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview; no TA/DA will be provided.
- Incomplete Applications: Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
- Original Documents: Candidates must bring all original documents at the time of the interview.
- Preference: Preference will be given to state subjects.

شرائط و ضوابط
- معاہدہ کی بنیاد: تقرریاں مکمل طور پر معاہدہ کی بنیاد پر ہیں، جو حکومت آزاد جموں و کشمیر کی معاہدہ پالیسی 2006 کے مطابق ہیں، ابتدائی طور پر 03 سال کی مدت کے لیے (قابل توسیع)۔
- آسامیوں میں تبدیلی: کالج کی ضرورت کے مطابق آسامیوں کی تعداد میں اضافہ یا کمی کی جا سکتی ہے۔
- تعمیل: منتخب امیدواروں کو PM&DC اور ادارے کے قواعد و ضوابط کی پابندی کرنی ہوگی۔
- میرٹ پر مبنی انتخاب: تمام آسامیوں کو سختی سے میرٹ کی بنیاد پر پُر کیا جائے گا۔
- خاتمہ: معاہدہ کو کسی بھی فریق کی طرف سے 30 دن کے نوٹس پر یا بغیر کسی وجہ بتائے ایک ماہ کی تنخواہ کی ادائیگی پر ختم کیا جا سکتا ہے۔
