شرائط و ضوابط:
تمام درخواست گزاروں کو سختی سے مشورہ دیا جاتا ہے کہ وہ بھرتی کے اس عمل پر حکمرانی کرنے والی درج ذیل شرائط و ضوابط کو بغور پڑھیں اور سمجھیں:
- امیدوار کے پاس خیبر پختونخواہ، خاص طور پر ضلع بنوں کا ڈومیسائل ہونا لازمی ہے۔ یہ ایک اہم شرط ہے، کیونکہ یہ آسامیاں صرف بنوں کے رہائشیوں کے لیے ہیں۔ دوسرے اضلاع کے ڈومیسائل رکھنے والے امیدواروں کی درخواستوں پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
- انٹرویو کے لیے کال لیٹر صرف شارٹ لسٹ کیے گئے امیدواروں کو جاری کیے جائیں گے۔ کم از کم اہلیت کے معیار پر پورا اترنا انٹرویو کے لیے کال کی ضمانت نہیں دیتا ہے۔ شارٹ لسٹنگ موصول ہونے والی درخواستوں کی بنیاد پر کی جائے گی۔
- درخواستوں کی وصولی کی آخری تاریخ سے پہلے یا اس تک امیدوار ہر لحاظ سے اہل ہونا چاہیے۔ یہ امیدواروں کی ذمہ داری ہے کہ وہ درخواست کی آخری تاریخ تک ڈومیسائل اور تعلیمی قابلیت سمیت تمام مخصوص تقاضوں کو پورا کریں۔
- نا مکمل درخواستیں اور مقررہ تاریخ کے بعد موصول ہونے والی درخواستوں پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔ درخواست کی آخری تاریخ کی سختی سے پابندی کرنا ضروری ہے۔ یقینی بنائیں کہ آپ کی درخواست میں تمام مطلوبہ معلومات اور دستاویزات شامل ہیں۔

- ٹیسٹ/انٹرویو کے لیے کوئی ٹی اے/ڈی اے قابل قبول نہیں ہوگا۔ امیدوار انٹرویو کے لیے اپنے سفری اور رہائشی اخراجات کے خود ذمہ دار ہوں گے۔
- ان تمام امیدواروں کی درخواستیں جو درست معلومات نہیں دیتے ہیں نہ صرف مسترد کی جائیں گی بلکہ ان کے خلاف کارروائی کی جائے گی اور سخت ایکشن لیا جائے گا۔ اپنی درخواست میں درست اور سچی معلومات فراہم کرنا بہت ضروری ہے۔ کسی بھی غلط یا گمراہ کن معلومات کے نتیجے میں درخواست مسترد اور مزید کارروائی کی جا سکتی ہے۔
