A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in managing civil works contracts, infrastructure projects, adequate knowledge of engineering and infrastructure projects, modern engineering techniques and technologies, knowledge of contract management, and experience in dealing with various financing institutions and experience with implementation of social safeguards (Environmental and Social Management Framework – ESMF) in projects financed by donors (ICB and NCB) or other funded projects are required.
