Terms and Conditions of Tender:
- Tender Documents Availability: Tender documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, can be obtained from the Procurement Cell, Bahawal Victoria Hospital, Bahawalpur during office hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee as specified against each tender.
- Submission of Tenders: Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes and clearly marked with the Tender Number and Name of Services. They should be addressed to the Medical Superintendent, Bahawal Victoria Hospital, Bahawalpur, and deposited in the Tender Box placed in the Procurement Cell.
- Last Date for Submission: The last date for submission of tenders is March 12, 2025, up to 10:00 AM. Tenders received after this deadline will not be entertained.
- Tender Opening: Tenders will be opened on the same day, March 12, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room of Bahawal Victoria Hospital, Bahawalpur, in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders or their authorized representatives who may wish to attend.
- Earnest Money/Security Deposit: All tenders must be accompanied by earnest money/security deposit in the form of CDR (Call Deposit Receipt) in favor of Medical Superintendent, Bahawal Victoria Hospital, Bahawalpur, as specified against each tender. Tenders submitted without the required earnest money will be rejected.
- Evaluation Criteria: Tenders will be evaluated based on the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The evaluation criteria will include technical and financial aspects. Detailed criteria are provided in the tender documents.

ٹینڈر کی شرائط و ضوابط:
- ٹینڈر دستاویزات کی دستیابی: ٹینڈر دستاویزات، جن میں تفصیلی شرائط و ضوابط شامل ہیں، پروکیورمنٹ سیل، بہاول وکٹوریہ ہسپتال، بہاولپور سے دفتری اوقات کار (صبح 9:00 بجے سے شام 5:00 بجے تک) کے دوران حاصل کی جا سکتی ہیں، ہر ٹینڈر کے سامنے بتائی گئی ناقابل واپسی ٹینڈر فیس کی ادائیگی پر۔
- ٹینڈرز جمع کرانے کا طریقہ: ٹینڈرز سیل بند لفافوں میں جمع کرائے جائیں اور ان پر ٹینڈر نمبر اور خدمات کا نام واضح طور پر درج کیا جائے۔ انہیں میڈیکل سپرنٹنڈنٹ، بہاول وکٹوریہ ہسپتال، بہاولپور کے نام پر بھیجا جائے، اور پروکیورمنٹ سیل میں رکھے گئے ٹینڈر باکس میں جمع کرایا جائے۔
- جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ: ٹینڈرز جمع کرانے کی آخری تاریخ 12 مارچ 2025، صبح 10:00 بجے تک ہے۔ اس آخری تاریخ کے بعد موصول ہونے والے ٹینڈرز پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
- ٹینڈر کھولنا: ٹینڈرز اسی دن، 12 مارچ 2025، صبح 11:00 بجے بہاول وکٹوریہ ہسپتال، بہاولپور کے کانفرنس روم میں پروکیورمنٹ کمیٹی اور بولی دہندگان یا ان کے مجاز نمائندوں کی موجودگی میں کھولے جائیں گے جو شرکت کرنے کے خواہش مند ہوں۔
- زر بیعانہ/سیکیورٹی ڈپازٹ: تمام ٹینڈرز کے ساتھ زر بیعانہ/سیکیورٹی ڈپازٹ سی ڈی آر (کال ڈپازٹ رسیپٹ) کی شکل میں میڈیکل سپرنٹنڈنٹ، بہاول وکٹوریہ ہسپتال، بہاولپور کے نام پر، ہر ٹینڈر کے سامنے بتائے گئے مطابق منسلک ہونا ضروری ہے۔ مطلوبہ زر بیعانہ کے بغیر جمع کرائے گئے ٹینڈرز مسترد کر دیے جائیں گے۔
- تشخیصی معیار: ٹینڈرز کی تشخیص پنجاب پروکیورمنٹ رولز 2014 کے مطابق سنگل سٹیج – دو لفافہ طریقہ کار کے تحت کی جائے گی۔ تشخیصی معیار میں تکنیکی اور مالی پہلو شامل ہوں گے۔ تفصیلی معیار ٹینڈر دستاویزات میں فراہم کیے گئے ہیں۔
