Detailed Job Descriptions and Requirements:

1. Head Consumer Banking Division

• Eligibility Criteria:
  • Minimum Graduation. Master’s degree holders are preferred.
  • 15 years of experience in Consumer/Retail Banking, with a proven track record in Islamic Banking product development being an advantage.
  • Experience in Shariah-compliant banking is highly desired.
  • Age limit as per Bank’s HR rules.
• Main Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales growth strategies.
  • Align consumer finance strategies with Shariah governance.
  • Lead product, sales, and credit analysis teams.
  • Ensure Shariah-compliant product pricing.
  • Lead automation and digitization of Islamic consumer finance.
  • Define credit approval processes for various segments.
  • Ensure timely reporting to the Head Retail Banking.
  • Propose process improvements for credit approval.
  • Other related tasks assigned by management.
• Grade: Up to SVP
• Location: Head Office, Peshawar
• Remuneration: Market-based package.

2. Regional Head – Retail Banking (Central, Southern, Islamabad/Gilgit Baltistan/Hazara regions)

• Eligibility Criteria:
  • Minimum Graduation. Master’s degree holders are preferred.
  • 10 years of commercial banking experience, including 5 years as Area Manager or equivalent in Retail/Branch Banking. Islamic Banking experience is preferred.
  • Age limit as per Bank’s HR rules.
• Main Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise Area and Branch Managers.
  • Manage liability and consumer asset targets.
  • Manage branch network and assign KPIs.
  • Monitor progress on targets and KPIs.
  • Develop area-wise strategies.
  • Achieve CASA deposit and consumer targets.
  • Ensure compliance with operational risk policies.
  • Improve customer service processes.
  • Other related tasks assigned by management.
• Location: Islamabad (for Islamabad/Gilgit Baltistan/Hazara), Lahore (for Central), Karachi (for Southern)
• Remuneration: Market-based package.

3. Regional Head – Corporate & Investment Banking South

• Eligibility Criteria:
  • Minimum Graduation. Master’s degree holders are preferred.
  • 10 years of commercial banking experience, including 5 years in Corporate/Commercial/Retail lending at a senior level.
  • Age limit as per Bank’s HR rules.
• Main Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Review and finalize credit proposals.
  • Review regional credit portfolios.
  • Conduct site visits for borrowers.
  • Coordinate with Head Office on corporate banking strategy.
  • Follow up on target achievement and marketing.
  • Other related tasks assigned by management.
• Location: Karachi
• Remuneration: Market-based package.

  • شریعہ کے مطابق بینکنگ کا تجربہ انتہائی مطلوب ہے۔
