Open Merit Basis & Contractual Engagement

Applications are invited on an open merit basis from candidates who meet the prescribed academic qualifications and experience criteria. The appointments will be purely on a contract basis for the duration of the development schemes. Positions Under “Social & Digital Media Monitoring, Analysis and Response Management”

This project aims to enhance the government’s capabilities in monitoring, analyzing, and responding to social and digital media trends. We are looking for dedicated individuals to fill the following roles:

1. Social/Digital Media Manager

• Number of Posts: 01
• Description: Lead and manage the social and digital media strategies and operations.
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Sixteen-year degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, International Relations, or Literature from a recognized University.
  • Second division in the qualifying degree.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience in a well-reputed organization.

2. Research Analyst

• Number of Posts: 01
• Description: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of social and digital media trends and public opinions.
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Sixteen-year degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, International Relations, or Literature from a recognized University.
  • Second division in the qualifying degree.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience in a reputed organization.

3. Studio Engineer

• Number of Posts: 01
• Description: Manage and maintain studio equipment and operations, ensuring high-quality audio and visual outputs.
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Sixteen-year degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or a 3-year Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Electronics Technology or equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in the relevant field.

4. Script/Content Writer

• Number of Posts: 02
• Description: Develop engaging and informative scripts and content for various media platforms.
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Sixteen-year degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, International Relations, or Literature from a recognized University.
  • Second division in the qualifying degree.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience in a reputed organization.

5. Media Monitoring Officer/Cyber Specialist

• Number of Posts: 02
• Description: Monitor media outlets, including cyber space, and provide expert analysis on media trends and cyber-related issues.
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Sixteen-year degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or Artificial Intelligence from a recognized University.
  • Second division in the qualifying degree.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in the relevant field.

6. NLE/Video Grapher/Video Editor

• Number of Posts: 02
• Description: Handle non-linear video editing, videography, camera work, live coverage, and drone operations to create compelling visual content.
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Intermediate (12th grade) in second division.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in video editing, camera work, live coverage, and drone operation.
  • Expertise in video editing software such as Edie’s, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.

7. Graphics Designer

• Number of Posts: 02
• Description: Create visually appealing graphics and designs for various media and communication materials, including 3D designs.
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and Graphics Designing with at least second division.
  • OR Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a One-year diploma in Graphics Designing.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in Graphics Designing.
  • Expertise in different designing software (Coral Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva) and tools, especially 3D designing.

8. Vision Mixer

• Number of Posts: 01
• Description: Operate vision mixing equipment for electronic media and manage live coverage for social/digital media platforms.
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Fourteen-year degree in any discipline in second division.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in vision mixing within an electronic media organization and live coverage management for social/digital media platforms.

9. Drone Operator/Cameraman

• Number of Posts: 02
• Description: Conduct videography and drone operations to capture high-quality footage for various projects.
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Fourteen-year degree in any discipline in second division.
  • Diploma in Videography and drone operations from a recognized institute.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in the relevant field.

10. Office Boy

* Number of Posts: 02

* Description: Provide general office support and assistance.

* Qualification & Experience:

* Literate with good health condition.

Positions Under “Strengthening of Information Department of AJ&K Phase-IV, Re-revised”

This project focuses on enhancing the operational capabilities of the Information Department. We are seeking to fill the following positions:

1. Junior Clerk (B-11)

• Number of Posts: 01
• Description: Perform clerical duties and provide administrative support in the department.
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree from any University recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
  • Typing speed of 25 words per minute in English and Urdu.

2. Photographer (B-08)

• Number of Posts: 01
• Description: Capture high-quality photographs for departmental publications and events.
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Matriculate (10th grade).
  • Six-month diploma in Photography from any recognized institute.
