Job Description
As the CEO of the Paraplegic Center Peshawar, you will be responsible for:
Leadership and Strategic Direction

Financial Management

Program Development
- Enhance existing rehabilitation programs and develop new initiatives that address the needs of individuals with spinal cord injuries.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care standards are met.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with government agencies, NGOs, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Advocate for policies that promote the rights and welfare of individuals with disabilities.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff members to create a skilled workforce dedicated to serving patients.

Qualifications
- Education: A Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. A Ph.D. or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.
