1. Program Manager (for Lahore & Islamabad)
The Program Manager will be responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of departmental policy on training growth of program/discipline courses. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of developing effective strategies to cover training load and playing a pivotal role in the development of the program/discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and monitor departmental policies related to the training growth of program/discipline courses, ensuring alignment with CPSP’s overall academic objectives and standards.
- Strategic Planning: Develop strategies to effectively cover the training load of the program/discipline, considering faculty availability, resource allocation, and the evolving needs of postgraduate medical education.
- Curriculum Development Support: Collaborate with faculty and relevant departments in the development and review of curriculum content, ensuring its relevance, quality, and alignment with international best practices.
- Resource Management: Identify and manage the resources required for the effective delivery of the program/discipline, including faculty, training materials, infrastructure, and technology.
- Coordination and Liaison: Liaise with various departments within CPSP, affiliated institutions, and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth coordination and implementation of training programs.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish mechanisms for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on the progress and outcomes of training programs, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Interact effectively with faculty, trainees, and other stakeholders to address their concerns and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Innovation and Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in medical education and explore opportunities to enhance the delivery and quality of training programs.
- Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of the program budget, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
Qualification:
Candidates applying for the Program Manager position in Lahore or Islamabad must meet one of the following qualifications:
- MBBS with 2 years’ experience. A Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree along with two years of relevant professional experience in a medical or educational setting.
- Healthcare Professionals with more than 8 years post-graduation experience. Individuals with a background in healthcare (other than MBBS) and over eight years of experience after completing their relevant professional degree.
- Allied Health Sciences Graduate. Graduates in various Allied Health Sciences disciplines such as physiotherapy, medical technology, etc.
- Para Medical staff with Graduation. Para-medical professionals holding a Bachelor’s degree in their respective fields.
- Non-Health Care Professionals with Masters from HEC recognized University with 10 years’ experience in Health care facility or Skill Lab / Department imparting life skill courses. Individuals from non-healthcare backgrounds holding a Master’s degree from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and possessing at least ten years of experience in a healthcare facility or a skill lab/department focused on imparting life skill courses.
2. Simulation Technician (for Karachi & Islamabad)
The Simulation Technician will be responsible for the programming, operation, and maintenance of simulation-based medical learning systems. This role requires a technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain complex medical simulation equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programming and Operation of Simulators: Program scenarios and operate various medical simulators (e.g., patient simulators, surgical simulators) according to educational objectives and faculty instructions.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate repairs for simulation equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and minimizing downtime.
- Scenario Development Support: Assist faculty in the development and testing of simulation scenarios, providing technical expertise and recommendations for effective learning experiences.
- Audiovisual and IT Support: Manage the audiovisual and IT components of the simulation lab, including recording systems, software applications, and network connectivity.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of simulation supplies, consumables, and spare parts, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- User Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to faculty and trainees on the proper use of simulation equipment and related software.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in the simulation lab, ensuring a safe learning environment for all users.
- Equipment Setup and Preparation: Set up and prepare simulation equipment and learning environments according to scenario requirements.
- Data Collection and Analysis Support: Assist in the collection and analysis of data generated during simulation sessions for evaluation and feedback purposes.
- Staying Updated: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in medical simulation technology and best practices.
Qualification:
Candidates applying for the Simulation Technician position in Karachi or Islamabad must meet one of the following qualifications:
- A. Graduate in Allied health sciences. Individuals holding a Bachelor’s degree in any of the Allied Health Sciences disciplines.
- B. Graduate in computer sciences. Individuals holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or a related field with a strong understanding of software and hardware systems.
- C. One year of full-time, paid experience in the programming, operation, and maintenance of simulation-based medical learning systems. OR Successful completion of a patient care simulator training program OR Current valid certification in a health-related field such as Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Training and/or experience with patient simulation equipment and related multimedia equipment is desirable. This option caters to candidates with specific hands-on experience in medical simulation or relevant healthcare certifications and experience.
- D. Any equivalent combination of A, B, and C above. Special: Current and valid certifications in Basic Life Support. This allows for consideration of candidates with a combination of education and experience. Possession of a current and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is considered a significant advantage.

- پالیسی کی ترقی اور نفاذ: پروگرام/ڈسپلن کورسز کی تربیتی ترقی سے متعلق محکمہ جاتی پالیسیاں تیار کرنا، نافذ کرنا اور ان کی نگرانی کرنا، CPSP کے مجموعی تعلیمی مقاصد اور معیارات کے ساتھ ہم آہنگی کو یقینی بنانا۔

- وسائل کا انتظام: پروگرام/ڈسپلن کی مؤثر فراہمی کے لیے درکار وسائل کی نشاندہی اور انتظام کرنا، بشمول فیکلٹی، تربیتی مواد، انفراسٹرکچر اور ٹیکنالوجی۔
- کوآرڈینیشن اور رابطہ کاری: تربیتی پروگراموں کے ہموار کوآرڈینیشن اور نفاذ کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے CPSP، منسلک اداروں اور بیرونی اسٹیک ہولڈرز کے اندر مختلف محکموں کے ساتھ رابطہ کاری کرنا۔
- نگرانی اور تشخیص: تربیتی پروگراموں کی تاثیر کی نگرانی اور تشخیص کے لیے میکانزم قائم کرنا، بہتری کے شعبوں کی نشاندہی کرنا اور ضروری تبدیلیاں نافذ کرنا۔

- اختراع اور بہتری: طبی تعلیم میں تازہ ترین رجحانات اور اختراعات سے باخبر رہنا اور تربیتی پروگراموں کی فراہمی اور معیار کو بڑھانے کے مواقع تلاش کرنا۔
- بجٹ کا انتظام: پروگرام کے بجٹ کی تیاری اور انتظام میں معاونت کرنا، وسائل کے موثر استعمال کو یقینی بنانا۔
قابلیت:
لاہور یا اسلام آباد میں پروگرام منیجر کی آسامی کے لیے درخواست دینے والے امیدواروں کو درج ذیل میں سے ایک قابلیت پر پورا اترنا ضروری ہے:
- MBBS مع 2 سال کا تجربہ۔ بیچلر آف میڈیسن اینڈ بیچلر آف سرجری کی ڈگری کے ساتھ طبی یا تعلیمی ماحول میں دو سال کا متعلقہ پیشہ ورانہ تجربہ۔
- صحت کی دیکھ بھال کے پیشہ ور افراد جن کے پاس پوسٹ گریجویشن کا 8 سال سے زیادہ کا تجربہ ہو۔ صحت کی دیکھ بھال کے پس منظر (MBBS کے علاوہ) اور اپنی متعلقہ پیشہ ورانہ ڈگری مکمل کرنے کے بعد آٹھ سال سے زیادہ کا تجربہ رکھنے والے افراد۔
- الائیڈ ہیلتھ سائنسز گریجویٹ۔ مختلف الائیڈ ہیلتھ سائنسز مضامین جیسے فزیوتھراپی، میڈیکل ٹیکنالوجی وغیرہ میں گریجویٹس۔
- گریجویشن کے ساتھ پیرا میڈیکل اسٹاف۔ اپنے متعلقہ شعبوں میں بیچلر کی ڈگری رکھنے والے پیرا میڈیکل پیشہ ور افراد۔
- غیر صحت کی دیکھ بھال کے پیشہ ور افراد جن کے پاس ایچ ای سی سے تسلیم شدہ یونیورسٹی سے ماسٹرز ڈگری ہو اور صحت کی دیکھ بھال کی سہولت یا سکل لیب/ڈپارٹمنٹ میں لائف سکل کورسز پڑھانے کا 10 سال کا تجربہ ہو۔ غیر صحت کی دیکھ بھال کے پس منظر سے تعلق رکھنے والے افراد جن کے پاس ہائر ایجوکیشن کمیشن (ایچ ای سی) سے تسلیم شدہ یونیورسٹی سے ماسٹرز ڈگری ہو اور صحت کی دیکھ بھال کی سہولت یا سکل لیب/ڈپارٹمنٹ میں کم از کم دس سال کا تجربہ ہو جو لائف سکل کورسز پر مرکوز ہو۔
2. سیمولیشن ٹیکنیشن (کراچی اور اسلام آباد کے لیے)
سیمولیشن ٹیکنیشن سیمولیشن پر مبنی طبی سیکھنے کے نظام کی پروگرامنگ، آپریشن اور دیکھ بھال کے ذمہ دار ہوں گے۔ اس کردار کے لیے تکنیکی قابلیت، تفصیل پر توجہ، اور پیچیدہ طبی سیمولیشن آلات کی خرابیوں کا سراغ لگانے اور ان کی دیکھ بھال کرنے کی صلاحیت درکار ہے۔
اہم ذمہ داریاں:
- سیمولیٹرز کی پروگرامنگ اور آپریشن: تعلیمی مقاصد اور فیکلٹی کی ہدایات کے مطابق مختلف طبی سیمولیٹرز (مثلاً مریض سیمولیٹرز، سرجیکل سیمولیٹرز) کو پروگرام کرنا اور چلانا۔

کراچی یا اسلام آباد میں سیمولیشن ٹیکنیشن کی آسامی کے لیے درخواست دینے والے امیدواروں کو درج ذیل میں سے ایک قابلیت پر پورا اترنا ضروری ہے:
- A. الائیڈ ہیلتھ سائنسز میں گریجویٹ۔ الائیڈ ہیلتھ سائنسز کے کسی بھی مضمون میں بیچلر کی ڈگری رکھنے والے افراد۔
- B. کمپیوٹر سائنسز میں گریجویٹ۔ کمپیوٹر سائنسز یا متعلقہ شعبے میں بیچلر کی ڈگری رکھنے والے افراد جن میں سافٹ ویئر اور ہارڈ ویئر سسٹمز کی مضبوط سمجھ ہو۔
- C. سیمولیشن پر مبنی طبی سیکھنے کے نظام کی پروگرامنگ، آپریشن اور دیکھ بھال میں ایک سال کا کل وقتی، بامعاوضہ تجربہ۔ یا مریض کی دیکھ بھال کے سیمولیٹر ٹریننگ پروگرام کی کامیاب تکمیل یا صحت سے متعلقہ شعبے میں موجودہ درست سرٹیفیکیشن جیسے مصدقہ نرسنگ اسسٹنٹ (CNA) یا ایمرجنسی میڈیکل ٹیکنیشن (EMT) ٹریننگ اور/یا مریض کی سیمولیشن آلات اور متعلقہ ملٹی میڈیا آلات کے ساتھ تجربہ قابل ترجیح ہے۔ یہ آپشن طبی سیمولیشن یا متعلقہ صحت کی دیکھ بھال کے سرٹیفیکیشن اور تجربے میں مخصوص عملی تجربہ رکھنے والے امیدواروں کے لیے ہے۔
