Department Head – Correspondent Banking (Grade: SVP/EVP-I)
Location: Karachi
Job Summary/Major Responsibilities:
- Development and approval of product/service structures through correspondent banking platforms.
- Sourcing trade & guarantee business from Bank and non-Bank clients.
- Coordinating with internal teams (Corporate, CAD, Legal, trade, branches) to ensure smooth product delivery and risk management.
- Tracking income, volume, and clientele data to refine strategies.
- Assisting Head of FIs & CB in process improvements and audits.
- Leading marketing and sales campaigns to expand the Correspondent Banking portfolio.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to boost the correspondent banking portfolio of the bank.
- Driving income growth by referring and generating leads through internal and external stakeholders of the bank.
- Regular submission of reports on progress, marketing, and income to the Head – FIs & CB.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized local/foreign university.
- Experience: Minimum 08 years of banking experience, preferably 06 years in the same role.
- Age: Up to 55 years as of February 12, 2025.
