Gulf International Group of Industries is expanding its operations and is seeking qualified candidates for key executive positions at its new 100-bed hospital in Lahore. We are looking for dynamic and experienced professionals to join our team in the following roles:
- Director of Finance
- Director of Administration

- Chief Engineer
- Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Overview of Positions
1. Director of Finance
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial operations of the hospital.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the hospital’s financial health.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance management, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software.
2. Director of Administration
Responsibilities:
- Manage the administrative functions of the hospital.
- Develop policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee human resources functions including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
3. Director of Monitoring
Responsibilities:
- Establish monitoring systems to evaluate hospital performance.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports for management on operational efficiency and quality of care.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Management or related field.

4. Chief Engineer
Responsibilities:

قابلیت:
- ہیلتھ کیئر ایڈمنسٹریشن یا بزنس ایڈمنسٹریشن میں ماسٹر ڈگری۔
- صحت کی دیکھ بھال کی تنظیموں میں کم از کم 10 سال کا ایگزیکٹو قیادت کا تجربہ۔
