Position: Disease Surveillance Officer (CTC)

Role Overview:

As a Disease Surveillance Officer, you will play a critical role in the early detection, verification, and response to disease outbreaks and public health events within South Waziristan (Upper). You will be working closely with local health authorities, community leaders, and other stakeholders to implement effective surveillance systems, analyze data, and contribute to informed decision-making for public health interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and Maintain Surveillance Systems: You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining robust disease surveillance systems in designated areas. This involves working with healthcare facilities, community health workers, and other relevant sources to collect, collate, and analyze disease data.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Meticulously collect and analyze surveillance data from various sources. This includes case investigations, line listing, and epidemiological analysis to identify trends, patterns, and potential outbreaks. • ایس ای اے اور بدسلوکی کے لیے زیرو ٹالرنس: چِپ ٹریننگ اینڈ کنسلٹنگ جنسی استحصال اور بدسلوکی (ایس ای اے)، جنسی ہراسانی، اور دیگر قسم کے بدسلوکی رویے (یعنی، امتیازی سلوک، اختیار کا غلط استعمال، اور ہراسانی) کے لیے زیرو ٹالرنس پالیسی برقرار رکھتا ہے۔ سی ٹی سی ورک فورس کے تمام ممبران محفوظ اور قابل احترام کام کی جگہ کو فروغ دینے میں اہم کردار ادا کرتے ہیں۔ ایس ای اے، جنسی ہراسانی، یا بدسلوکی کی دیگر اقسام کے کسی بھی اصل یا مشتبہ واقعات کی اطلاع فوری طور پر سی ٹی سی کو دی جانی چاہیے۔
• پس منظر کی تصدیق: جن کمیونٹیز کی ہم خدمت کرتے ہیں ان کی حفاظت اور فلاح و بہبود کو یقینی بنانے اور اخلاقی طرز عمل کے اعلیٰ ترین معیار کو برقرار رکھنے کے لیے، سی ٹی سی حتمی امیدواروں کی سخت پس منظر کی تصدیق کرے گا۔ تمام ممکنہ امیدواروں کے سخت پس منظر کی جانچ پڑتال اور کنٹرول کیا جائے گا۔ یہ اس بات کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے ہے کہ ایس ای اے، جنسی ہراسانی، یا بدسلوکی کی دیگر اقسام کی تصدیق شدہ تاریخ رکھنے والے افراد کو ہماری تنظیم کی طرف سے ملازمت پر نہ رکھا جائے۔
